Tried to get keys programed. Waited 2hrs and still had to walk out. poor customer service. no process or procedure just winging it. People walking in and out wondered why i was still waiting. go inside to see the woman handing my keys to the wrong person. customer says those arent my keys and the clerk just throws them down on the counter and says i have no clue who these belong to. meanwhile they just sit there talking away. so i get to the counter told her those are mine she asked did we program those yet. i just said obviously not and walked out. poor management will always run a buisness into the ground. do not trust the first 5 ratings these are done by the owner and are false. if u value time and sanity go anywhere else. cmon 2hrs to program keys such a joke

Fastest locksmith in Orlando! I am ashamed to say this but they have had to rescue my keys from my car three different times already. Every time they are at my car within 15 to 20 mins of the call and it takes the guy less then a minute to break into my car. I finally took their advise and had a few duplicate keys made for my car at their shop. Hopefully I will not have to see them again too soon but at least I know they provide good consistent service.
