Im sure these people are very talented. However, I had a safe jam so I sent them a picture of a simple sentry safe. They quoted me $255 to open it, which seems way too expensive. I called the manufacturer and they said its very easy to open with a crow bar. Disheartening because we thought a safe would be a little more safe, but nevertheless, I have no doubt that Grey Ent Inc was aware of how simple it was to open, and instead of saying "hey did you try this?" They attempted to price gouge us for a simple service.
