A wonderful locksmith!! I needed some work done and called on Friday not expecting to get someone over until next week, they told me they be there today. I was floored!! He took my number and instead of having me wait wondering when they be arriving,.. they texted me back (asking me permission) so I knew when. it only took 20 minutes. I cannot be any happier!! I am writing another addition, I needed help again with replacing all entryway locks in my home, Again, prompt service as last time..everything was done quickly! I was informed and treated with courtesy. He has a great personality and shared pictures of our pets too! I also had a lock for my fence I needs replaced. It was a bit of an oddball lock, he took a picture and told me he would research the lock and get it replaced! Total satisfaction! Thats how it happened in detail: Got locked outside a Ford E-350 truck at 11:00 pm in Walmart parking lot on March 30, 2017. I Called ford roadside assistance. They sent someone over who arrived after 40 minutes instead of 50, but he could not open the door with his tools! He said they will be sending someone else and left. We kept waiting for about 30 minutes, until we received an automatic phone call from Ford roadside assistance asking about the status. We said were waiting for the second guy to arrive but they said no one was coming and they then sent JAY CHEYFITZ. He arrived after 20 minutes instead of 30. He first handed me his business card and then opened the door IN LESS THAN A MINUTE. He offered us some CANDIES and quickly filled out the paper work. One can easily tell the THE PROFESSIONALISM and the EXPERIENCE. I just wished he was sent to us at the first place.

My boyfriend and I moved into our new house the weekend of New Years. We both wanted to get the locks on the house changed right away, so I called around to check on prices and availability on when they could come out. Everywhere I called told me I would have to wait till the end of the week since it was a holiday weekend. I was about to give up but then a friend of ours suggested A-Tri-County Lock so I decided to gave them a call and Scott was able to come out right away without question and it was even New Years Day. I was so surprised on how quickly they responded and what a fantastic job he did! He worked rather quickly and was very knowledgeable which was great. My boyfriend and I are very pleased with the job he did. I would defiantly recommend this company and I would defiantly use this company again if needed, Thank you again for all your great work you did!

Today I called A-Tri-County Lock because I locked my keys in my running car while trying to scrape ice off of my windows. Luckily, Jay C. was already in my area when I called and he arrived exactly at the time he told me. This company obviously makes customer service their number 1 priority as Jay made several comments to make sure that I wasnt cold and allowed me to wait in his van while he unlocked my car. In addition to getting my keys, Jay followed up his services by giving me recommendations on how I can prevent this from happening again. He also gave instructions about prolonging the condition of my key for the type of car that I drive. The time it took Jay to unlock my car was less than 5 minutes. The service was outstanding, swift, and affordable. I definitely recommend this company! Thank you Jay and A-Tri!

Strike plate on an old lock had holes stripped, was loose, preventing easy use of door. After watching numerous YouTube videos on how to fix it to no avail, I decided to call A-Tri-County Lock. I have referred this company to lots and lots of my past real estate clients and everyone has always raved about their professionalism, customer service and competency so I knew who to call when I needed a locksmith. Jay answered my phone call on a Saturday, showed up later in the day as promised, and explained everything he did as well as what I could do (should I want to try another DIY) in the future in case this old lock became problematic again. Jay was amazing, trustworthy, competent, efficient, professional and an overall nice guy.

Professional, prompt, and kind. When I lost my keys to a storage container, I was prepared for the consequences: having the heavy duty padlock Id purchased cut off or drilled through. I contacted A Tri-County Lock. Jay politely took my call while at another client, asking for the situation and my contact information. He phoned back within the hour and was working on the storage lock within two. He and his partner successfully picked the padlock. Then, free of charge, Jay gave me another new padlock and set of keys so I wouldnt have to run out and get another one and leave my storage pod open and unsafe. His prices were fair, and his professionalism, promptness, and kindness appreciated.

I called A-Tri-County Lock, LLC today to schedule an appointment to have some locks re-keyed and my old deadbolts checked. I expected to have to leave a message but was surprised when Jay answered the phone. He said he had a few jobs to do but that he would come tonight after he finished if it would not be too late for me. He was very professional & so reasonable! He gave me several suggestions about how to increase my security. He re-keyed my locks & deadbolts to the same key so I could use the deadbolts when I am away. We had a unique situation in that we have a large RV and the only door on the vehicle was closed, not locked but would not open. The mechanism inside the door malfunctioned and the key lock would not open the door. It took some time, some internet research, and good ole locksmith magic but Jay was able to get it our door open. He did all of this in the rain on Sunday and didn’t charge any extra for all the time and special work needed to do this. He was very capable and professional. We were pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to cleanup the area and make sure we were satisfied with his workmanship. We highly recommend Jay’s service.

I highly recommend A-Tri-County. Jay rekeyed all of our locks for our new house. He told me exactly when he was coming, exactly what he was going to do and exactly what it would cost, and then ended up giving me my keys for free at the end. He noted that one of my locks wasnt locking easily, and fixed it for me. He and his associate, Freddy, were very helpful, very pleasant and clean (it was snowy outside, they always took off their shoes, and ended up wiping the floor around the area where they had placed their shoes because we didnt have floor mats yet). All in all, an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.

These folks are the best! I lost my only key to my door. I needed to get in there ASAP and it was a Sunday. I knew that I would be gouged with the weekend rates but had no choice. I called and to my surprise they told me that since it was not in the middle of the night the rates were the same as Monday - Friday. I said "head on over". These guys opened my door, hand filed a key to work, made my 2 extras, and were super professional and polite. What a great art and peace of mind that they get "customer service"!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very satisfied!
