I came home several days ago from a trip to discover that my suitcase had been locked by my airline. (I wasnt even aware that, on the side of the suitcase, there is indeed a lock. I always leave the zippers at the top of the suitcase and it looks like the airline must have moved the zippers down to the side of the suitcase and placed them into the lock. I didnt even check the bag so must have happened when I left the bag planeside prior to boarding.) I called this locksmith and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and said he could help me. I stopped by soon after and, within several minutes, they had unlocked my suitcase for me. The people who work here are very pleasant and very helpful. If I need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely go back here! Highly recommended!

Excellent job - contractor KBTWIN has not returned keys. I am tired of waiting. I took the lock to Southgate Lock & Security it took less than 15 minutes. Cost for rekeying lock was very reseaonable. I will definitely use them again.
