After doing business with this company for ten years and countless key copies, rekeys, etc. I called today to get a price for my family member who needed a car key programmed. I asked if they could do better on their quoted price ($185) as I would with any of my normal vendors. The Manager/Owner Jeanie (sp?) got on the phone, told me she wasnt going to change their price, didnt like how I was going about asking for a better price, didnt have time for this and hung up on me. No back and forth to escalate the situation, she got on the phone and was ready to fight. Nice way to treat a long time customer. I called back in disbelief and she then told me she was closing my account, that we really didnt do that much business with her anyway! Thank you as I would rather pay twice the price than do business with her now. The short sightedness and mindless approach to dealing with a customer is unbelievable to me in this kind of economy. Needless to say, BB locksmith will be getting no future business from our company, or any of the 300+ commercial tenants in any our buildings throughout Naples. Based on the customer service I received today and the other recent reviews, BB will be lucky to be in business in a year or two. Keep alienating customers!!!

Do not use this company. As a business owner, I went in to get "do not duplicate" keys to give to staff. They said do not duplicate right on the key. I told them it was for employees for a store and I didnt want the keys duplicated for obvious reasons. They understand and made the keys which cost me $80 for a small number of keys. One of my former employees went in here with the key and they made a copy...no problem or questions asked. I knew because it wasnt the original key I gave him. I called them and they said yes, they will still makes copies of do not duplicate keys!!! Whats the point of getting keys from you and paying extra that say "do not duplicate" if your just going to go and duplicate them! Its bad business and a moral and ethical issue. There are reasons people put that on a key and you need to rethink your business practices. I called several places just to see if others in town do it...no one will make it if the key is stamped do not duplicate. Just you. All about the money. Shameful.

I called BB Locksmith when we bought our home in Bonita Springs. We wanted the locks re-keyed, a couple of sticky ones fixed, some other security enhancements done, and extra security locks put on all sliding doors. They came promptly when promised, and did an excellent job. The technician neglected to clean up metal shavings - probably due to my distracting him with questions as he was finishing up - and I called the office to report that oversight. They sent a supervisor over almost immediately and he cleaned up everything and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving. Every service company will have such incidents so how they handle it is all that really matters, and they were excellent.

I find BB Locksmith professional, polished and yet friendly. I appreciate the fact they come when scheduled. I also like the fact they wear large ID badges with their picture easy to see and read. His work shirt had the name of the company and so did his truck. Its just me and my cat, so I felt safe letting him in. He also had an easy lock for a slider. They fixed my door lock so its smooth as silk now. Im so sick of fighting with that thing! No more, though. Id call them again if I needed them. I put their number in my phone.

I am just getting around to writing a review after using BB for 10 or so years for home and business. I have found the service to be excellent through the years and I have learned a lot. Like any good service company, BB has several times saved me money with good advice and by my not buying the wrong thing the first time, only to buy the right thing afterward. We have used BB before and this was a repeat call a year later. Our technician was quick and friendly. Being a repeat customer we went off an old invoice. The service call was expensive and not quoted in the original call for service. While we are happy with the service, an $89 trip charge on a call for service (not to just get a quote) was a bit excessive. In the future we will shop around before relying on past service.

This place is First Class! Never had a key cut wrong ant the employees are very courteous. Their selection of products in stock is awesome to say the least. There are very few locksmiths in America that have more than one location or one service vehicle. These folks have multiple locations and vehicles. The other bad reviews lack all the details.....are they real reviews? or reviews from the competition?

My car ignition wouldnt turn with my key and I immediately went crazy and didnt know what to do! I went on Facebook looking for answers until the owner of BB Locksmith commented and offered to help me! I towed my car to her shop that same night and it was finished the next morning and the ignition is working like it never was any Complications! They replaced it with a new ignition! Thanks BB Locksmith!

I called them after losing my keys to my old car and couldnt find my spares. They quoted me a cost of $200 to replace the key using the vin# . I said thats outrageous, there response was the 2nd key would only be $8. I called a GM dealer since the car was a Saturn and they made one for $11.50. These people will rip you off.
