Super Tough

I want to start by thanking Michael for helping me when I needed a key for my van. I was very impressed with him from the word go. Even more impressive he said he would call me back and he did plus in a timely manner. I will be doing more business with him in the future too. When I arrived at his shop he spoke to me like we were old friends. He cut and programmed my key quickly and professionally. I spent more time talking with him after he was done. All to find out he is dedicated to his business and even more to his family. I was glad I made the decision to go Lock Doctors. And Thank You again Michael for helping me out. I misplaced my shed key and could not find it after repeated searching. I called Michael after finding him on the internet. He kindly fit me into his schedule for the next day to remove the lock. Early the next morning I found the key. I called him immediately to let him know and cancel the appointment. He was genuinely glad I found the key and graciously canceled the appointment. This an honest locksmith, very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgable. He was very helpful in advising me what kind of locks would work best and what locks would look best. He knew about the whole range of locks, including the programmable and digital locks as well as the traditional kind. If you want hard working and fair, this is the locksmith to go to. In short Mike is the best locksmith I have ever used. He came to my home to make me a new set of car keys. I was having issues with the keys I had not unlocking the doors but starting the car. He was able to make 2 keys that functioned perfectly and about 50 dollars cheaper than all the other locksmiths in the area. He even offered to program my key-fob free of charge. Smart guy, fast service, and great price.

Michael was on time and so fast and friendly. Was so convenient to have him come to our house to change our locks. He gave us really good quality keys not the kind you get copies of at Walmart for a couple bucks - and the keys were no extra charge. I had a very good experience with Michael at Lock Doctors. After troubleshooting the problem with my front door lock he called Schlage and convinced then they should replace the lock core mechanism at no charge. They did and Lock Doctors installed the replacement. Quite satisfied with Lock Doctors and I do recommend them.
