The service here was the worst that I have ever had at any auto service facility.They were to open at 10am and they were late. We paid for the Remote starter and around 10:30 we were told that they did not have the item in stock so they rescheduled us for the following Saturday @ 1pm. We got there on that Sat early, @ 10 am. We were informed that they would start on it at that time. So we left the car there and called back around 2 pm At that time the car was not done actually they were just starting on the car so when we arrived we sat around as they continued to say that they would be finished in 10 minuets. So after hearing this for more then 40 minuets we finally got the car. They were very unprofessional,rude & slow. I would never ever go there again for anything. Please take my advice. I wish someone would have saved me from that lousy experience

Made an appointment for a Friday for Remote Start and Window Tint. The remote start was installed, works perfectly. The day after, I noticed some bubbling in two windows. I took it up to the shop, and the owner told me one was their error and the other must have been rolled down. At first my BF denied rolling the window down (I told him it would mess them up) but eventually admitted he had forgotten and rolled it down a bit. The owner was very nice and agreed to redo the windows the following Monday. I am very appreciative of his help, and once the car comes back Monday with no bubbles, I will change this rating to 5 stars. I plan on updating my sound system in the car and I will definitely be going to them. It is good to support local shops, especially if they are so willing to ensure satisfaction, at a very fair price :)

This company was the absolute worst. It took 2 weeks to have anyone even answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I left my car there for an entire day to have them finally tell me at 10:30 at night they did not have the part they needed to install my automatic starter. They also tried to charge me extra "because my car was a newer model". When I finally went in to pick up my car it would seem they tell that to everyone since another woman was asked to pay the fee as well. Only hers was half off since she also received the worst service of any auto company I have ever dealt with. It is an absolute rip off, the service is terrible, and I would never suggest it to anyone.

My experience with Noyz & Toyz was incredible. I had remote starters installed on three of my vehicles and were promised they would be done all on the same day which saved me a lot of time. The owner Kamal and his technician Brandon were very professional,patient,knowledgeable in the electronics field and instructed me on the use and all details regarding the remote starter features. They completed the install on the three vehicles by the end of the day and cleaned up the inside floor of the vehicles from the install.I would highly recommend Noyz and Toyz to my family,relatives,and friends for all services they offer. They dont deserve not one star from me. They are very unprofessional as stated in all other reviews. They was very inconvenience to me. They put a remote start on and didnt program the remote correctly when i start the car withe the remote start i cant get in the car with the factory remote or the remote start so i have to turn the car off then unlock the car to get in then restart the car. They say bring your car in at 10am and its still not ready after they close at 7pm. Please go where its worth it to spend your money. I will not recommend this place to noone. Sorry it wont let me post with out putting a star. :(

Absolutely awful customer service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment for window tinting at 2:30, the owner said it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Went back 2, hours later, my car still wasnt worked on. They said that the guy had something come up and was on his way. Went back 1 hour later, still nothing. Ended up taking my car somewhere else. If I could rate this place in the negative I would. Definitely go somewhere else for your car needs. It was a waste of time.

Many jobs done here, Ive had two 15s installed in my Volvo years ago, I bumped louder than any man around.. years later I had remote start on two of my cars and never had a problem with any of them... recently I purchased some rims and the owner was able to get them in quick and mount and balance them (other shops send you to other places for this to be done which is inconvenient) they were beautiful and reasonably priced! Cant complain!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I waited for them to install my remote start in their clean and comfortable lobby. They came out and offered me their wifi password and asked several times how we were doing. They were done with my car with the time they quoted me on the phone. ( 2 hours. ) And then showed me how to use it. I would definitely use their services again as well as recommend everyone to go to them.

The absolute worst service Ive ever had. It took them 6 hours to install car radio and they completely destroyed my dashboard breaking pieces and refusing to admit they have done it. Employees were completely incompatible, ledgeable, and amateurish is not even a good description of their abilities. Please for the love of God do not use this company or their services.

Never Ever Ever go to this place!! They rip people off!! They sale piece of junk "lemon" cars and their quality of work is horrible. Instead of replacing parts they do patch work just long enough to get the cars off the lot. Horrible and I will be going to the news about these guys. Please stay far away from Noyz and Toyz!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this company install ghost lights and stereo and speakers on my husbands motorcycle for his birthday. He absolutely loved it. They have the best customer service Ive ever seen. Every question I had was answered promptly and professionally. I plan on returning this summer for my husbands new bike and tint for my cars.

Got a remote start for my daughters car done here.. and WOW the staff was fantastic, the work was done on time and works perfectly. I went to noyz n toyz to get my windows tinted. Even though I didnt have an appointment they squeezed me in. They were professional,fast and very reasonably priced. My car looks good. I had a really good experience wwith them and would recommend them to all my friends and family.
