Productive Citizen

Called to get a technician to come out and help with a couple company trucks. You know a new lock, a couple keys etc. The guy answering the phone sounded like he was driving so I guess he didnt retain any info I gave him. He assured me that what I needed done he could do no problem on site. He said he would come out the next day so I gave him my cell number that way he can give me a heads up before he gets there. It has been a couple days might I add. He gets the address and all contact info but he never calls or show up. Im a big fan of keeping your word especially to a potential customer. In my line of work customer service is everything. That being said I give one star because if you cant do something as simple as keep your word or update me with your change of plans that shows me a lot about your character. So I dont need to see how well you do the job because clearly your word means nothing. Im sorry but just call me "old fashioned."

Complete Locksmith did a great job. As a business owner, I can appreciate their customer service and attentiveness to the situation. I locked my keys in my truck while on a site visit and had to be at a meeting within the hour, I called Carlos at Complete Locksmith, and he came right now. He open my door, made me a copy of my key all on site and within 10 min, because of him I was able to make my meeting on time. I would recommend this company to all my clients, friends and family. Seriously, best service in the entire area. After losing the only set of keys I have, I called several "24/7" locksmiths late last night only to be greated with an answering machine or a grumpy secretary telling me they couldnt make my key. Carlos, most likely awoken from a sound sleep, answered my call and told me he would be here in the morning to fix the problem with a much more reasonable price. Well morning came and Carlos delivered! I now have a new set of keys and a spare that work perfectly. Thanks again Carlos!

the best locksmith ever. so caring, nice, goes above and beyond. here is our story.. we got stuck at publix and the car key broke off in the door.. he knew it wouldnt last long after he got it started because the car had security issues and he had to get another key. he came to my house the next morning and got us a more expensive key and didnt even charge us for it. this is the best company around. would never recommend anybody else. anyone else would have just said the car was fixed when they got it started

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I called him late in the evening and he was at my place within the hour. The whole lock changing process took less than 30 minutes. Every question I asked he was able to answer and after he was finished I felt like I had my safety back ! Being a single woman Im hesitant to have anyone come to my house, let alone at night, but he was nothing but professional and I would recommend to anyone!

Carlos did a great job of programming my automotive keys. Even though he didnt anticipate having to fix my current key, he adjusted and didnt miss a beat. He provided a spare key for me and programmed it as well. He was kind, courteous and did his job in a timely manner. He has a good sense of humor and really good prices as well! My husband needed a new key for his car. We tried to use the Walmart machine but the key was faulty. We called Complete and Mr. Carlos came right way (with in 30 minutes) and made my husband a new key. He was very polite, knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. Absolutely terrible! I dont do very many reviews, but this experience has earned it. I was told that they would arrive by 9:45-10. No one showed up (or even bothered to call and say they were going to be late) until 11:15. It is now almost 12:30 and Im still waiting for my key! Im VERY dissatisfied with this company.
