VERY BAD SERVICE. I called this company this morning to tell them that I would be bringing my Honda to them, as the passenger door key lock was frozen and I wanted them to fix it. The guy I spoke to could barely speak English, but he told me to be there at 10 am today (Saturday morning). I went there and waited near the front desk in the waiting area. He said "ten minutes, boss come in 10 minutes". FORTY MINUTES later he was still saying "ten minutes, boss come in 10 minutes". I was unable to get my car fixed at this place and had to take my business elsewhere. I should NOT be surprised though. This is the new NORMAL for customer service in the USA. UNBELIEVABLE.

Sam was really nice to me, and very accommodating. He even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my car was ready. (Not sure that they can always do that, so check in advance, eh?) I know nothing about mechanical things like this, but he patiently explained everything to me and the AVITAL remote start system I had installed works perfectly. I felt the price was fair and the work was completed on schedule and as promised. Be sure to check the reviews for other places as some of them are better than others. My research suggested that E&A was the best fit for me and I couldnt be more pleased.

I would definitely call them again ! The ignition on my 2004 Honda Accord wore out , I couldnt turn the key to put my car in neutral . E&A came to my location quickly . The job was done quickly and I cant complain about the price at all , other locksmiths told me they would charge between $500-600 to fix my ignition but E&A did it for literally half of that plus the fact that I have AAA knocked about $60 more off my total. I even got a free extra key . All in all I would recommend them and I will be calling them first thing if need be . Choose E&A Locksmith you wont be sorry !

I called them in the morning and they were there when they promised. Changed out one of my locks that was broken and rekeyed one of my other locks as well. It was a very reasonable price and the guy really knew what he was doing. The store clerk tried to help me the day before with my problem because I was going to fix it myself. He was great and explained my situation to me and what I needed to do. Unfortunately, once things didnt work out as planned, I decided to call them to do the work. Glad I did. They were in and out and it would have taken me all day. Thanks E&A

I purchased a used 2010 Lexus RX350 and was only provided with one key. I got ahold of a spare key and needed the smart key to be programed. Called numerous shops, most who either couldnt cut and program a Lexus key or would give me the round-around about "maybe" being able to do it. Emir was quick to return my call and reassured me that he would do everything possible to help me out. On probably the snowiest day of Cleveland, he kept his shop open for me. Within an hour he was able to program my smart key and laser cut the spare fob. Thank you again Emir.

Got the job done,but far as professionalism.....yeah forget it.Its best to just get your key made and be done with these guys. Bad accents leads to miscommunication which leads to higher prices at the end. They did not run down all the price options clear. Went from $100 buck to $150. He should had told me that before he even came out. Good for just getting a key made,bad professionalism and thats that. What a douchebag man.I hope I dont ever have to replace a car key again!!! I would give no stars, but like I said at least the key worked.

A very impressive store! More keys in stock than I would know what to do with. Superior workmanship. Customer service was excellent. The locksmith helped me out over the phone and was just as nice when I arrived at the store. I never knew E&A Locksmith Services & Security was located on Lorain Avenue. It was just by luck that I found them via a Google search. I now have a new locksmith. The customer service and quality beats the big box store any day of the week. Thank you E&A for getting my order done on time and of quality.

I had a remote start put into my car by the folks at E&A. Quality work, good turnaround time, and friendly staff. I know 3 friends whove had work done here, also with great results. Where do you go nowadays to get personal service? The head guy (for the car alarms side of the business, think his name was Sam) gave me a five-minute tutorial on the remote start! Showed me some things about the system I had no idea it could do. Think you get that level of concern from a Big Box Retailer?

Needed spare key (with security chip) and a replacement FOB and got this taken care of in 30 minutes. Service was prompt and Emir is very knowledgeable. I loved the atmosphere of this family-owned business. Emir has his kids intimately involved with the business. I love to see someone care for their children so well! Inexpensive key, saved some money on the FOB, overall very happy and would recommend this place to anyone in need of a locksmith!!!

I talked to the person in regards to coming and cutting me a key, then I wait for two hours with no call back and no show up. I called and texted the person to double check and ask them if they are still coming and again no response either. So I had no car to go to work. Thank God another company came out right away and took care of business. I had a friend take me to work and a family member bring me the car when available.

I stupidly locked my keys in the car. Called these guys, they told me theyd get there in an hour. Well, they took a little over three hours. They finally unlocked my car, but made no apologies. They didnt even offer a discount for being late, and charged me way more than expected, explaining "its a Sunday." I know you see good reviews here, thats why I called them, but I suggest finding another locksmith.

They were onsite and professional. Their prices were reasonable. They worked extra hard to get the key right because the vehicle had been rekeyed so the factory setting didnt work. They suggested that we removed the back hatch lockset. We did and then they were able to get us a key that fit every lock. Yay! Success! Definitely going to call them for our 88 Firebird.
