Ive been going for 2 months so far and I absolutely love this place. Everyday they kick my butt and motivate me to be healthy and fit. The coaches are inspiring and the atmosphere is uplifting. If your ready to take your body to the next level I highly recommend crossfit M.D.i. After all, we do it the PTS way. (preserving the sexy)
