I cant express enough how truly amazing this place is. I walked in with a timid and sensitive little girl worried that she was asking me for a physical or martial arts based summer camp program. Would she be overwhelmed, or struggle to fit in, or break her leg the first day??? To my delight, we were welcomed warmly by the outgoing and kind staff who put my fears at ease while showcasing their large facility and varied programs. Each week as she relayed her excitement about the martial arts, new friends, field trips and parkour... I started to notice the developing sense of pride and confidence she had, a disciplined silent strength that wasnt there before. I cant thank them enough for the genuine affection they show the customers and the kids here. Did I mention that their price structures are extremely reasonable? At any rate, we will be coming back for many more sessions and programs hopefully for years to come. So take a class, have a party here or check out their summer camp program like I did. Im confident you will be glad you did.

My 10 year old son loves parkour! The instructors are very good with the kids. Just wish they wouldnt change the schedule so often.

Awesome gym, great for parkour, or free running. Beginners or advanced! Also good for a fun time for adults at open gym!

Can someone tell me what the kids program is like?
