If youre driven by results and progress, then Crossfit Evolution is the real deal youre looking for. I can say that I worked out on my own for several years, making my own programs and piecing things together based on what I saw "strong" or "fit" people doing at your typical chain gyms... but I was not getting any real results. I was brought to Crossfit Evo by my sister on a trial basis and since then Ive become a full course member and in the process shed some 70 lbs, overcome persistent injuries to my knees and back and my strength and "fitness" levels have increased un-measurably. Ive kept the weight off, maintained steady progression, and all of those pre-existing ailments and injuries are things of the past. Leo and Monique are knowledgable, professional, and very dedicated to making sure you get the results you aim for. I am happy to say that they are not only my trainers, they are now my friends and I feel that they take real interest in making sure you see the results youre looking for. They dont cut corners, they work on form and technique and make sure you have solid, safe workouts. I have developed a strong bond with several other members of the gym and we all work to help and encourage one another. It keeps the routine to a minimum and makes working out fun and challenging. I have and will continue to recommend Crossfit Evo to all of my friends, family, and anyone else who is not afraid to get off their butts and work for their ultimate goal: Fitness and Health. What are you waiting for?

When thinking about what I wanted to write in the review section about Crossfit Evolution so that people could relate and understand, I honestly could NOT narrow down all the good things about this place without the list using up more than the allotted characters for these reviews :) I was a member of the gym for more than 3 years and honestly had some of the best times of my life with the people at this gym. From owners Monique and Leo to the brand new wide-eyed members who are just beginning their new adventure into the "crazy" world of Crossfit...This gym makes everyone of its members feel like "FAMILY." I am in the best shape of my life at 33 years of age thanks to Leo and Monique and their genuine care and concern for ALL their members. I would drive the 45 min from my residence in Mt. Dora to the gym in Longwood because there is NO doubt that this gym is the best gym in the Central FL area if not the entire state!! It is with great regret that I had to recently leave the gym due to work constraints and timing issues with my children BUT I will FOREVER be a loyal friend and follower of Crossfit Evolution and recommend anyone who is looking for a crossfit gym to just try them out one time....You, like SO many others, will immediately fall in love and become part of a "family" that will forever change your life for the better!!! Thanks again Crossfit EVO!!

Crossfit Evolution Rocks! I am 41 yrs old and have 4 boys. I let myself get way out of shape over the past several years and lacked the energy needed to be a good father for my kids. One of my buddies from work referred me to Crossfit Evolution and the results have been phenominal. The owners Leo and Monique are professional and dedicated to the success of the entire Crossfit Evolution "family". I say family because thats really what we are. Everyone helping each other out and encouraging one another all the time. The training thats provided by Leo and Monique is spot on to help you continually improve your performance and reach whatever fitness goals you have. My initial goal was to loose some weight and so far I am down 20 pounds and three notches on my belt!! More importantly however is the impact its had on my wife and kids with my improved energy and fitness level. I now have the energy needed to play with my kids after a business trip or long day of work. There are so many other things I am working on now and although these are the toughest workouts I have ever done I can not think of ever needing another gym or doing anything else. If your looking for the best possible fitness or training program - You just found it. Crossfit Evolution is all you will ever need!!

Joining Crossfit Evolution has been one of the best decisions of my life. It has become more than just a gym to me, it has become a second home. Leo, Monique, and Andrew not only provide excellent training, programming, and coaching but also a great atmosphere for improving ones quality of life. The fellow members and I are not just a bunch of people that work out together. We have become close friends, most of us like family. I am very fortunate to be a part of the Crossfit Evolution community, It has been a blessing. The perseverance that Ive learned in Crossfit carries over into all aspects of life. Ive been practicing CrossFit on and off for about 5 years, visited many affiliates, trained with and learned from the original CFHQ staff, and in my experience CF Evolution is the best mix of CrossFit, strength, endurance, and camaraderie in the region. There are no obstacles (fancy equipment, egocentricities of the staff/members, hard-to-understand programming) between you and top notch coaching, mentoring, nutritional evaluation, motivation, and results (assuming you are willing to dedicate your time and energy). Its obvious Leo and Monique "get off" on the results of their clients, which is exactly what you want out of your coaching staff.

I can say CF Evo is the best CF box around because I have visited other CF gyms locally and in other states. Not every CF gym is created equal.... Monique and Leo are extremely dedicated to their profession and it reflects in the progress of the gym members. EVO feels like a 2nd home and everyone is super friendly and caring. You will get into the best shape of your life and make some life long friends in the process! Dont waste your time on other CF gyms in Central Florida, they are a waste of money compared to CF Evo!

I started out at a CF gym in another city and did free workouts at two other CF gyms around the area when I moved to Orlando. Im continually impressed that CF Evo is by far, the most professional and dedicated CF gym Ive been to. Their expertise and training methodologies are unparalleled, and their other members are enthusiastic and inspirational. If youre looking for something that will push you to become stronger and more fit, this is ABSOLUTELY it.
