WORST EXPERIENCE EEEEVVVERRRRR! DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS YOUR MONEY! I was originally interested in this gym. However I am continually being harassed to sign up and the best part of their "sales" pitch is a lie. Yes- you get UFC based classes but they charge double that other places do, under the guise that in addition to the classes you have and i quote access to their "state-of-the-art" weight room..... which is nothing more than ONE, yes ONE bench and a few free weights. After my first visit I just said it seemed ok but the cost was too much- the manager then called me the next day to say if I could come in she would work on the monthly cost to help me out. I left work early that day to meet and when I got there it was just another ridiculous sales pitch that kept the monthly cost at the same deal of $80 bucks a month.... plus all of the equipment they make you buy which is an additional $200. Now a week later and I am getting constant text messages after I said I was not interested... bordering on harassment! So advice to the sales team and management dont lie about the amazing state-of-the-art weight room offered and stop harassing potential clients!

Unbelievable gym, staff, & workout environment... I was so surprised at what I saw. I guess I expected to encounter a tough guy MMA environment but my girlfriend kept telling me to come check it out so I did. What I found was people of all shapes & sizes enjoying an awesome workout on punching bags. The instructors were pro fighters. They were friendly & motivating. Three months later & I havent lost any steam or motivation to come to the gym! I have lost 22lbs & just feel incredible. Ive been to some of the knock-offs because I thought they sounded more female friendly. The workouts were decent but this gym honestly blew them away. UFC Gym was actually more girls than guys or at least it seemed that way. I can honestly say, I have never had more fun getting a ridiculously good workout & getting in shape.

Where do I start... When I started going to this gym about 5 months ago, I was a skinny, out of shape 19 year old with a beer gut as a stomach. Now? I never knew I could have abs. Im still skinny, actually Ive dropped to 128 lbs thanks to the gym. Losing weight wasnt my goal, but I trimmed basically every ounce of fat on my body. The biggest change has been in my heart. My conditioning is so much better. The classes are creative and never the same. The instructors are AWESOME, and are all pro fighters or retired fighters. They push you to your limit. My only complain would be the boxing gloves they give you for signing up suck, but thats it. The gym is definitely worth the money, and I plan on going here for years to come.

This aint lifetime fitness, folks. If youre looking for a pool and sauna go elsewhere. This is a gym geared towards boxing and mma, with classes run by boxers and professional mma fighters. A solid spread of equipment and bags, with spots for ring and octagon work too. Surprisingly family-friendly and supportive environment, particularly given a good number of the people in there enjoy hitting each other for sport. Equipment costs are no more than any other boxing/mma gym though membership costs arent cheap, but part of that is to be expected from a UFC branded gym. What you do get is value for money, thats not always the case.

I joined the gym on a 12 month contract, so my rate is a little higher than usual ($69 a month), but this gym is awesome. Great workout, one of the best gyms Ive ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. I actually entering an amateur fight in a couple of weeks after joining the gym. But you get in super shape (although I am a slower runner now), and my boxing skills have improved tremendously. Plus the gym works with you, Im a CPA, so they let me freeze my membership during peak season when I cant make it. Full five star recommendation here.

Overall a terrible gym experience. The owners are nice, but that is about where anything good stops. The floor is disgusting carpet which soaks up sweat. I cringe every time I do sit-ups because it is so gross. The coaches often only give attention to certain customers and can be seen texting or using their phones while coaching. Nothing too terrible, just really poor service. I would rather pay less at the tons of other local places for such poor quality. And the bathrooms are kept in poor shape as well.

This is a great gym I dont know what the other 2 people are talking about. Ive been at the gym for awhile and the instructors are great, very friendly and willing to help however they can. As far as personal growth,if you ask an instructor for a more challenging workout they can accommodate one. Its about how far you can push yourself just as much as it is them pushing you, not for whiners. Anyone ready to take charge of their health should stop by and check out a free class and see if you like it.
