Hey, just wanted to say that I had an great experience here. I used to get highlights in my hair a lot before getting married and becoming a mom, but it had been YEARS since the last time I had the chance to do this. My hair is very, very dark brown and so sometimes my highlights had turned out red [not good for my complexion] or too blonde so that they looked like gray hair against my natural color! My stylist this past Friday was MATT O. and he DID THE BEST JOB ANYONE HAS EVER DONE WITH MY HIGHLIGHTS!!! I LOVE THEM! They look super natural and I cant say enough about how patient Matt was about trying to get just the right look for me! Yay!

Came in for a bang trim, V cut, and layers. Only received layers. Reminded him a couple of times, because how he was starting out and felt bad, because I didnt want to make it seem like he didnt know what he was doing, but when I put my glasses on, so I can see (practically blind without them), I only had layers. Didnt want to mention it a 3rd time, because I had some place to be, but extremely disappointing when I paid $20 (with tip).
