My hairstylist; Judy, was very unorganized. From the moment I sat down in the chair I should have known I was in trouble. She was scurrying around looking through other stylists stations for everything. Hairbrush, clips, spray bottle, etc. She was very sweet, but such a mess. By the time we got settled all she asked me was, "What do you want to do with your hair?" I told her I wanted facial layers. That was it. She didnt ask the standard questions every stylist asks. ie "Do you use any products in your hair? How do you normally wear your hair? What side do you want your part on?" When she proceeded to cut my hair is when I realized I had made a mistake choosing that place. Ive had long hair my whole life. Ive seen how other stylists cut my hair. She didnt use any of the techniques Ive seen them use. She didnt even give it any texture. I couldnt walk away because I was going on vacation the next day and I needed to have my hair colored. (sigh) That part wasnt too bad. After she rinsed the color out, she gave me the tiniest towel (like, a hand towel) to dry my hair. Yes, I had to dry my own hair because she went to talk to a client at the register. My hair wasnt even remotely dry. It was dripping down my back; getting my shirt soaked. I waited for a minute or two, and noticed she wasnt in a hurry to get back to me, thats when I grabbed a bigger towel off another station and began to dry my hair. I didnt even let her blow dry it. I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, I will never go back to this Supercuts.

I strongly recommend NOT getting your hair colored here. As their name implies, they are only skilled at cutting hair, not coloring. The person who colored my hair was very nice; however inexperienced. Somehow, he found a way to dye not just my hair, but also skin around my ears (it appears as if I have side burns now), my forehead, my arm, my upper leg, all over my neck and my shirt. He attempted to remove the coloring using some product by Paul Mitchell, which didnt work, so then he applied an orange substance which comes in a tube with a warning in big red letters: DO NOT APPLY TO SKIN. Finally, after all failed, he told me it would come out with simple soap and water and that the stains on my shirt would easily wash out in the laundry. Its been over 24 hours and I have used 2 different types of soap, a loofa, 3 different types of facewash, nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol, and toothpaste- but my skin is still brown. In addition, the stains on my shirt survived Spray and Wash and a run through the laundry. Furthermore, I paid just about the same that I have in the past at actual hair salons and never had an issue like this.

I stepped in to ask if theyd trim my weave a little bit and I was told (more like, she raised her voice at me) by a stylist that they do not work with weave there and to go next door (Hair Cuttery) because they have some "sistas" that can probably do it. I felt super uncomfortable... The stylist was the only other African American in the salon other than me and she turned me away with a huge fuss... I didnt make a big deal out of it as I was embarrassed -- The other stylist and clients stared and I just thanked her and left.

Ive had some bad haircuts due to my extremely curly hair and they cant judge length, but this experience took the cake. I was asked how much to take off I replied ONE INCH . I took my glasses off and should have known it was going to be terrible from how she was using the scissors, they werent even cutting it was more of a yank. Over all she took off 4 inches. If you need a haircut drive the extra mile to any other place.

It super expensive. I had a fade hair cut that took the barber less than 7 minutes and they charged me with 17$! Plus, the white lady will treat you like a homeless whos going to cut his hair for free. Save your money and dignity, go to other barbers.

I am new from California. Judy cut my hair and I am very impressed. This is my first civilian hair cut since I retired from the Navy. I will go back again and I highly recommend Judy. She is a very pleasant lady.

Ching has cut my hair about 10 times and theyve all been great. Ive requested shorter and longer cuts and she provided the cut that I ask for. As a guy, I like to know Im going to get the same great service each time.

So I have to begin by saying obviously its not a salon... its the fast food of hair cuts! However my husband absolutely adores Judys hair cuts and you couldnt ask for a nicer staff.... Over all were impressed!
