Spent 120 dollars for me and my mom and they did a horrible job. Both of our hair was ruined just the next day and we had only been home. Never returned since then. The lady did not know how to use the treatment that she charged me an extra 10 dollars or so for. She kept asking how long do I leave this treatment for..... very un professional and had no experience with curly hair ! Dont do hair if you cant do it. She kept ranting how I had so much hair very rude. I would give no stars if I could

Being new to the area, I was looking for a stylist. On the recommendation of few people in my subdivision, I made an appointment at Bellissimo. The salon is clean and modern. The staff is great and Ruben is phenomenal. He and his wife own the salon and genuinely care about their clients. Most importantly Ruben listened to my concerns and what I wanted. My color turned out looking rich and natural. My cut was spot on and I left a very happy customer. You will not be disappointed.

Nice and profesional staff, I came for the first time...after, I personally ruined my hair with a color that came out too dark. I came to Ruben, he took a look at my hair asked me some questions, he immediately knew what to do to lighten my hair, he strip my hair and gave me a beautiful color. Wow! What an amazing experience and welcoming environment. Such an upscale salon in the heart of poinciana, who wouldve thought. I want to thank my hair stylist Ruben for transforming my hair. My experience at this salon was amazing, They were very kind to me and treated me very well. Especially Eliana castaño who was the person who cut my hair and changed the color, she did an excellent job and my hair feels really soft and its actually growing a lot faster now, I recommend 100% !!!
