I am Puerto Rican and have very thick, curly hair. Its hard for me to find stylists that know how to deal with it but I have never been disappointed by the service or professionalism here. I refuse to go anywhere else! It can get busy but if you put your name down and decide to go run an errand, you can just tell them before you leave and whenever you get back they will take you as soon as someone becomes available; you wont have to re-sign in. Id always gotten my hair done by Edie but she was off the last time I went and Stephanie took care of me. She was wonderful! I highly recommend Cuts by Us!

I had a horrible experience there. My stylist was Bridget. She gave me a perm that was not what I asked for and she did not put enough solution which caused half of my hair to not hold the perm. My skin was burnt due to her putting me under dryer and I was charged 150.00. They were advertising permanent waves for 45.00. PLEASE DO NOT LET BRIDGET WORK ON YOUR HAIR. I would just skip going to this place period. Too many had reviews and now I see why. Wish I would have read them before hand.

While out of town working my wife and I went in for a hair cut... We were taken by a lady. Who had Diamond on her apron.. She gaped up our hair so bad ,when we did get home.we went an got another hair cut..They said they did the best they could untill it Grew out some and they could even it up then.. This person said she had 37. Years cutting hair Good luck

Avoid this place! First of all, I was brought to a chair where the previous clients hair was still on the floor. Secondly, the red headed guy who was supposed to buzz my hair left long pieces of hair here and there on my head that I didnt notice until I got home. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Take your money elsewhere!

I always go to Stephanie to have my hair cut and colored and she always does a great job. Now I am comfortable enough with her to just sit down and tell her "Do whatever" and she always gives me great suggestions. I am always satisfied when she is finished.

Very rude and highly unprofessional. You should never have to wait as a walk in when the shop is completely empty and it takes 45 minutes to get a simple haircut that should take 10 minutes. Dont waste your money or time going there.

Everyone in the shop is great, but I love Stephanie because she is AWESOME! I am always pleased with the great job she does. I finally found someone that I can trust to keep my hair looking great!

They dont know how to listen. Do whatever they want to do. Hair cuts are uneven and I am not happy. I shouldnt have paid. Smh very disappointed. Not returning there at all.
