So Im not sure about this hair salon but the massage parlor inside of the salon (A Spa Thing) is terrible! They scammed me and will not refund my money. I showed up for my appointment only to find the business closed with a sign on the door indicating that they would be back tomorrow at 9:00 am. I waited for 10 minutes, called twice, and left a voicemail. Finally, I got frustrated and left. I received a call 20 minutes later from A Spa Thing telling me that I missed my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay a fee equal to half of my original payment for their services that were never rendered. I asked them to waive this fee and they refused. I promptly cancelled my appointment but unfortunately I am out $90.00 due to these scam artists. There are many spas in this area. Please do not go to this one, you will regret it!!!!
