I would love to be able to review their actual skills, but I cant. I came in for a haircut, and was told I would only have to wait about 5 minutes. As five stretched into ten, I wasnt too upset, but then they called a person back who had come in after me. Then they called another, and then another. Three people, all who checked in after I had arrived, called back immediately. I finally thought maybe I would get my haircut, as one lady was being cashed out at the counter, but soon realized I wouldnt. I waited patiently as the employee and lady talked for ten minutes, then fifteen. They were talking about how to capture stills from videos on your phone to make pictures. I finally walked out when the employee said to the lady, "Wait one minute while I get my cellphone, Ill be right back so you can show me." 5 minute wait became 30, with no end in sight. I wont be back.

I wish I could rate it less, I asked for a short trim and they butchered my hair I was at least 4 inches maybe more before, now its less than 1, thats not a short trim
