Still waiting for a pallet that should have arrived two days ago. Millie at customer service first blamed me, saying "a call was placed". If so, where is the call log? Where is their voicemail. Lies. Then she blamed the BOL, saying it was not legible. That doesnt justify the two-day delay, nor has anything to do with it. Thats what bar codes are for. When I asked to deliver today, she said no, tomorrow. When I requested morning delivery, she said they cannot guarantee it. Really? Not one single apology for the delay or offer made to make amends for them dropping the ball. No attempt made to find out why the shipment was delayed. A "take or leave it" attitude will lead to me "leaving it". So long, Fedex; Ill be using your competitors from now on. 1,300 lb is too hefty a bill to delegate to a carrier who screws up and washes their hands of any "guarantee"

I went to pick up some freight there and the people inside were super nice! I waited like 15 minutes for the guy to bring my stuff but he explained that he had to fine the "long forks" so that is why he took so long. I didnt think it was long at all but it was nice of him to say something. He was also very nice and was extremely careful with putting my freight into my truck. He even offered to hop in and strap it to the wall for me. I did it but was nice of him to offer. And he didnt do it for a tip. Its not that type of place. I guess FedEx train their employees to be courteous to their customers. I will continue to use them. O, the guard at the gate was nice as well and gave a smile.

Schedule a pick up 2 days ago and they didnt show. customer service Sandra told me they can show up because they send my truck to other place and they dont guarantee pick ups... today i received a email from my broker stating that "Carrier states that they attempted this pickup yesterday but they were advised that the freight was not ready for pickup per Jackie" what a nerve!!!!
