Has to be the worst I did not get any options as to carrier selection from Amazon because if I did and the only options was FEDEXSMARTPOST I would have cancelled the Amazon order and bought from another vender. In past also bad experience with post I discovered that its not shipped using FedEx Ground where one can track their order, FedEx gives it to the USPO at some point where it is then lost in their system as I do not have a USPO tracking number. Our mail carrier just delivered our mail, No package from Amazon. So out for delivery means nothing, This week some one I know in LaBelle posted about bad service from FedEx handoff to USPO their business address does not get street delivery no mail box that is why they selected Fedex

If there was a way to rate NEGATIVE stars I would. Sorry FedEx you just need to close your doors for good. Your superb ability to now lose 4 of my packages is UNREAL my friends UNREAL. I am so disappointed that so many companys are shipping through you now... my only hope is that they change their minds to NEVER work with you again so i can continue to go back to shopping with them. Until then, I will ALWAYS ask if Fedex is shipping first and IF they ship with FedEx they will LOSE my business!!!!!!!!!!! also, how about you put the address on the BOXES.... stupid.

This is my second experience with FedEx Smartpost. Should be called dumbpost. Worst service ever. The first time my package took 2 weeks to travel from Minnesota to Colorado! The pony express was faster! This time my order is from Wisconsin to North Carolina and its an estimated 10 day delivery time. The worst part is, you order online and youre not always told that this is the delivery method until after the order has been placed. I will never use these sites again! They may be trying to save money but they are losing customers! My real rating is no stars!

I order a Christmas gift on December 16th and it was shipped out the same day. Tracking information stated expected delivery date 12/28. I kept checking and delivery date was changed to 12/24 by the end of the day. The package has been in Orlando since Monday (12/21). Now delivery date has changed again to 12/26. I didnt have a choice in shipping method but FedEx has never been a reliable shipper, cheapest is never the best. Now I dont know when or where my package is. Why is it taking so long to deliver a package across town FedEx?

FEDEX SmartPost has been an absolutely awful service experience. I can see the tracking on the website, my package has been sitting in orlando for 6 days with no scans to hand it off to USPS. No other information, no one at fedex will give me any details. Im told that there is no way to find out where it is to go and pick it up until it is scanned again but the next scan is to hand it to USPS and who knows how long it will take to get to me then. This was a birthday present but that doesnt matter now, APPARENTLY!

Absolutely the slowest service Ive ever encountered by far. Delivery date changed 3x and i still dont have my package! Ruined 3 weeks already waiting on my package because i dont want it to be left on my doorstep when Im not home ... Now delivery date is up in the air again for the 3rd time ... No delivery date available. I call the fedex and the guy suggests maybe monday it will be here. Only 3 1/2 weeks later ... If it actually comes then!!!! THE WORST!!!!!!

Someone just spoke to me on he phone and I didnt understand a word she said. Asked her if she could put someone on that spoke English, she said she was there because she DID speak English. NONE of what she said made any sense, and I was polite and asked her to then please slowly repeat what she said. STILL JIBBERISH. When I said I couldnt understand - SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Great customer service. Ill complain to the shipper also.

Walmart mailed 3 packages all shipped 12/23 to get here overnight for Christmas day. The 2 shipped UPS got here on 24th, the 1, Gift for my 4 year old did not arrive and still has not arrived on 01/04/15. The package has been in Orlando for 4 days. I have no tablet and a very disappointed child. FEDEX SUCKS! I will let my 120 parents I see at work and my business owner friends not to use fedex!

I have used FedEx for a long time now I used to love them until now. I had an item sent to me on the 16th of March and I still dont have it the item sat in Orlando for 3 days I have spoken to FedEx even tho I have Paid for reg shipping it was sent smart port they should call this dumb post or never get to you post I an giving them one star because I have to in order to submit this post

Terrible service. Save money? At what cost? Ill pay double shipping to avoid their "service". My package has been moving around in Orlando for the past 5 days! How long does it take to get a package 15 minutes away? Id give 0 stars if I could. Edit: forgot to mention it is 12 days after the original expected delivery date, and its been changed 3 times, and late again on the 3rd.

Absolutely Horrible. I called FedEx about my package at the SmartPost and even their own customer service reps admit that this service is complete garbage. My package has been sitting at this smart post for 5 days! The tracking info says that it left the facility on Monday, only to return back to the same facility on Wednesday! Delayed my package 2 days. Absolute garbage.

I ordered a jacket a week ago and was promised to receive it by Christmas. My package arrived in Orlando today and now it says my scheduled delivery is on December 26th! My son will be the only one without a gift on Christmas, while the package sits in a warehouse for three days, less than 15 minutes from my house! You guys have got to do better!

Was supposed to get a package today. Best estimate is now 2 days from now. I offered to go pick up the package at their location, and they wouldnt let me. They said if I wanted to pick up the package, I would have to wait until it went to the Post Office TOMORROW. Man I cant wait until these people are replaced by robots.

Dumbpost doesnt even deserve this single star rating! We live in America. We want our packages delivered before we even order them, not weeks later! My package has been circling around Orlando to the point were I finally found a store that has it in stock, cancelled my order and am going to pick up the item myself.
