I was having a package shipped on express 3 day, so it was Guaranteed to get there by end of day. I live in a condominium complex, so the places are pretty close together, but well marked. The Fedex truck literally pulls into one of my open parking spaces, sits there and starts to pull away. I receive a tracking notice on my phone that delivery is interrupted due to "non-existent address". I start to run outside after him, but he takes off like a bat out of hell, flying through a 10 mph complex at 25, with CHILDREN around. He is too lazy to get out of the truck and bring me my package. Thats not even the end of it. I call them up, and tell them to send the package back, but they say "there is no real address." I tell them, "how the hell am I inside my own condo then?" They finally agree to send him back by 6pm, but guess what? The driver never shows. I finally get a call saying "he was unable to deliver the package again, so please come pick it up." Aka: too damn lazy. After driving for 12 miles just to get a simple package, I arrive to find its DESTROYED. It was missing parts, the package was half open, and it had TIRE tread markings all over it. Best of all, they wouldnt submit a claim because "its not their fault. It was improperly packaged." Rest assured, neither myself nor my company or any of my friends, colleagues or business partners will EVER use fedex, or order parts from any company that ships through this horrible service. Absolutely awful. *****NEW UPDATE**** Against my wishes, another company shipped using these idiots, and the same exact situation happened, probably with the same driver! FedEx, you have no clue!

I was given a call from a Supervisor advising the driver stated my address was invalid. Its a wonder how UPS was able to deliver a package the day before??? I explained it was a new subdivision which doesnt register on navigation but a delivery person should be familiar with his/her territory. I advised the person of the cross streets and the name of the subdivision, which is clearly marked by an enormous entrance with the name encased in Two large Brick enclosures, a blind person could not miss. I received a second call after hours advising of the same excuse of the address being invalid, the delivery date will now be two days later on Monday. My issue with this is my delivery was food, which had to be refrigerated. I was of course given the run-around and in the meantime, my food is going to sit for two more days. I encourage people NOT to use Fed-ex, Use alternative delivery companies. The delivery person in Windermere Fl must have realized it is Friday and due to his/her time constraints imposed, just didnt put forth the effort a good, qualified , committed to service and quality employee would have done.

This is the worst, most incompetent unprofessional Fedex office Ive ever used. I have always liked Fedex until now. I mailed something that had to be delivered overnight, and it was sent via 3 day delivery. I was given two options for next day delivery, the only discussion was overnight delivery because my package had to be there overnight, and it wasnt sent correctly. I mailed something the day before and filled out my own form, but this day, the person working (same person) said they have to manually enter in the computer my information and wouldnt take my filled out form. She kept saying she wasnt trained on the new system, etc. But it turns out she quoted me a price for 3 day delivery and said it was for 1 day. That was a basic misapplication of delivery charges, before she entered my information. I will never use this office again, and I have my doubts about fedex now!

Orlandos Fed Ex drivers are horrible. They never deliver anything to my apartment. They always lie and say that they made an attempt, except Im sitting at home waiting for the package and no one every knocks. I order a lot from Amazon and now every time I see Fed Ex is the shipper now, I know I will either never get the package or have to drive half way across town to pick it up from this location. Its amazing anymore that a company can exist like this and their service is...shipping and they cant even deliver packages to the address on the box. But they really do have you in a corner though because you only have so many companies that you can deal with for shipping needs and it seems like all of them are run by morons.

If you are able to avoid using this company for your shipping needs; please do so! I was told by multiple customer service representatives that customer requests and instructions are up to the driver whether or not theyd like to honor what is being asked. In my situation I was trying to work with the driver that insisted he needed a signature on a package in which the shipper did not require one. The end result was me having to take off a full day of work to sign for a package that did not require a signature. This happened to be a really important package. It was supposed to be shipped overnight; I ended up receiving it 3 days later. The real problem being; customer service should not be driver discretion.

I ordered something 4 weeks ago and it was supposed to deliver before Christmas. They came today but they didnt ring the door bell or use the side gate like other delivery services usually would. Also, everyone was home at the time so they shouldve at least tried. There were 3 cars outside on the driveway. Also my mom has ordered other items and had fedex deliver it before but they never try to give us the package. They only stick the door tag in our gate. We also live far from Bennett Road so its a hassle for us to drive all the way there every single time. I am very disappointed with Fedex and if I had more choices, I would never ask them to deliever anything to me. ):

This place is a joke. I paid extra to have the package delivered on a specific date, in which I was leaving the next day. I waited all day, and the package never arrived. When I called the FedEx center, they said they "attempted to drop off my package but I was not there". Except they didnt. I have cameras. Then, when I called the company the package was originally purchased from they said that FedEx had reported they "made 2 attempts to drop it off, but I was not there." Yea, sounds like someone is trying to cover their ass. Regardless, a waste of my time and total liars. Good thing I have cameras. Stick with UPS or USPS. Stay away from this location.

Had a package held for pickup at this location only to be told that it was sent out on the delivery truck...made the request at 8:39 am, they put the package on the truck at 9:17 am. Good thing I checked the tracking number before I left. I called customer service and was treated RUDELY to which I requested a supervisor by the name of Amanda who then called the location and verified that it was out on the truck and proceeded to advise me to go to the location before 7:30 pm (closing) to wait for the truck to get back to that location with my package. HORRIBLE experience. Never again will I use FedEx. If I could give negative stars I would.
