HAD A VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE SHIPPED TO ME OVERNIGHT. WHEN IT DID NOT ARRIVE I CONTACTED THE SHIPPER. SHIPPER CONTACTED FEDEX AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER BUT WE HAD MOVED. I RUN A BUSINESS, WE HAVE NOT MOVED AND WE WERE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIMED DELIVERY. FEDEX INFORMED THE SHIPPER THAT THEY COULD TRY TO DELIVER AGAIN TOMORROW OR COULD HOLD IT FOR PICKUP ANYTIME AFTER 3:00 P.M. THE SHIPPER INSTRUCTED THEM TO HOLD THE PACKAGE FOR ME TO PICKUP. I ARRIVED AT LONGWOOD, FL FEDEX OFFICE AT APPROXIMATELY 3:00 P.M. AFTER MUCH CONFUSION THE LADY ON THE COUNTER INFORMED ME THAT THE DRIVER WOULD NOT RETURN UNTIL SOMETIME AFTER 7:30 P.M AND THE PACKAGE WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP TOMORROW. FEDEX MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THE DELIVERY ERROR AND IN FACT STATED THAT IF THEY TRIED TO DELIVER AGAIN AND THE DRIVER STATED THAT WE HAD MOVE THE PACKAGE WOULD BE RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER. I HAVE CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND IT IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. THE DRIVER SIMPLY FAILED TO DELIVER IT. FURTHER, OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS FEDEX HAS DELIVERED TO OUR ADDRESS AT LEAST 3 OR 4 TIMES EACH MONTH.

It would be nice if they had a direct line that was not an 800 number. When I call the 800 posted it just brings me to a general fedex customer service number and I am unable to talk to someone at this direct location to find out information about my package. I had a package requested to be held at this location so that I could pick it up and they attempted to deliver to my house anyways, and then scheduled another delivery attempt for the next day, even after I scheduled for a direct pick up at the location. Being able to talk to someone at this location directly would have made things 100% easier with less confusion,...instead of a general support employee, who is only able to tell me what I can find out through tracking my order online. I do not understand why, if locations have phones, why the do not allow their customers to contact them directly for quick easy answers....

For the 2nd time, a FedEx ground shipment has been on the truck, out for delivery and failed to be delivered. As of today, 8/22/14, the package is supposed to be out for delivery once again. I guess we will wait for another day to see if a shipment that originated from Jacksonville FL to Orlando (240 miles) will ever get here. Since a change in drivers, we have experienced late afternoon deliveries instead of mid to late morning and, as I said, deliveries the following day on two occasions. The drivers comment the first time the delivery was missed was, "Well, it (the package) is here now." As you may be able to tell, that comment indicated that the driver didnt give a crap that the package had been on his truck for 2 days!

If could give them no stars I would. Lazy driver ruined my sons birthday by returning his package after I called and verified my address and was guaranteed it would be delivered by 8pm. Then called and filed a complaint after I checked the tracking number and saw it was being returned to sender because the address wasnt verified ahem it was verified at 3:40pm. Got a call from "Paul" who left a message I promptly returned the call and I left a message. That was on Friday here it is tuesday and I have had ZERO contact with anyone at fedex. If you dont like what you do for a living THEN DO SOMETHING ELSE. I will be contacting corporate. The poster is Kara.

Completely AWFUL!! I asked for two day and that landed on thanksgiving. they didnt start delivering until the following Monday. When I ordered I was forced to have a signature at delivery. I work 8-5 and unable to sign during the day. They left a note saying if I signed it they would leave it at my house. Well they didnt..and they get my package back to FedEx location after they are closed so I am unable to pick it up and now they are sending it back to the shipper.. I will NEVER use them again. Extremely unhelpful.

This branch deserves a zero rating. Called the office to redeliver my order today Monday 03 July 2017 between 2-4pm. Waited until 5pm. No delivery. I talked to a representative who informed me that it was redelivered today at 9am! How stupid can that be. Already told your office I will be home at 12pm. Representative wanted me to pick up my order myself. I purchased this special order pair of golf shoes with free shipping...I am not picking up. Fed Ex should deliver. Bought from the Golf warehouse

Worthless center. No communication and never calls back when supposed to. Call the main line, that then gets in touch w/ this office and they blame not calling back on the driver that is out delivering packages. Cant stand Fedex and never have any luck when expecting a package that requires a signature. This local office has the WORST customer service. I will NEVER use Fedex.

Dennis Madrid went way out of his way to get me my package. It contained surgical electrodes for a spinal tumor removal surgery in a kid. Those electrodes allow us to assess motor function during the surgery. It is a matter of this kid walking out of surgery, or spending the rest of her life in a wheel chair. Very, very grateful for his help in getting it there on time.

Noone here wants to help. Terrible service the entire time. Others in line would agree since they were rolling their eyes when the representative was chatting with her coworker about nothing to do with work. Gotta love when you can go to a business and the workers dont help anyone else but themselves. And thank you gor deterring me from being an fedex customer.

By far one of many great Fedex shipping centers I have ever been to. I was treated with respect and the people at the front desk will go out their way to help. The drivers work hard and still manage to keep a smile on their face when delivering. I will forever continue to use Fedex and will recommend this location to family and friends.

It is really bothersome and upsetting trying to get some help from this place. There is no phone number listed for this facility where there will be a human being to help you to get your package. It should be listed for customer support. The company where I order my item should use USPS or downgrading to UPS.

My amazon PRIME packages are always delivered late. One was supposed to be delivered on a friday. It was at the facility at 7:44 am on friday. I was supposed to have it by 8 pm that night. It never came. The next day...nothing. I was finally told by the following Tuesday it would be delivered. WHAT???

i had ordered a very important package and i had choose next day shipping, it had told me that it was being delivered at 3pm but 20 mins later it had told me the business was closed and no delivery was attempted, it has now been 4 days and i still have not received my package! RIDICULES! using UPS!

When I showed up the office was open but there wasnt anybody up front. I had to wait in there for about 15 minutes before somebody walked in. Other than the fact I had to wait so long, once somebody was up there helping me I was out within 5 minutes.
