This is hands down the worst post office Ive ever been to. I sell products on eBay and Amazon so Im in a USPS building daily but I try my hardest to avoid this particular location at all costs. However I work less than a minute away from this location so there are times that I have to drop packages off in order to accommodate my schedule. The staff here is extremely rude and not helpful whatsover compared to the other locations I frequent. Ive only been to this location 4 times and each time they have tried to charge me for something and constantly refuse packages that have been prepaid for online and prepackaged. Im sick of it. I wish I could remember the guys name who charged me 18 cents for a total of 4 packages being overweight by one ounce. Are you kidding me!!!??? Look, I get it, every cent counts when running a business but I have been doing this for 8 years and have never been charged for being off weight by one ounce... Ive been charged for a pound or two here and there which I understand, but to be chsrged 18 cents for an ounce... Thats just petty. I gave the guy a dollar and walked out. I will never go back to this post office again. Just driving by looking at the building from the outside makes me cringe everyday. This location makes me never want to ship through USPS again and work solely with FedEx or UPS.

Horrible experience at this location!!! They tried to overcharge me on 2 packages by double the amount. I had to go to another location in Lake Mary to ship my package as the Lake Monroe Sanford location refused to honor the online label which was correct on weight and size. They need to retrain their employees. If it wast for the nice Rinehart sort facility location I would never use USPS again and would only use FedEx. They are purposely trying to overage businesses that bring their packages to this Lake Monroe location. Normally I drop off at the sort facility on Rinehart Rd with no issues. This is the last time I will visit a postal service location. I hope they all close down as having the sort facility only is fine with me.

Ive had a similar experience as everyone else is listing here. I printed a label with correct dimensions and rude employee Eduardo refused to accept unless I paid $15 more stating that the dimensions were not on the label. The label came from amazon website and I have sold items online for over 10 years without ever having any problems. I took to another location who weigh and scanned with no problem. This is not the first time Ive bad a problem here. I feel the staff doesnt want to be bothered and dont want to work. Why bother having this post office when your staff is useless and refusing to accept business. Worst post office Ive ever encountered in 10 years of business.

rude. best way to describe it. Ive started driving 5 miles out of my way to go to the Lake Mary post office where the people dont hate the fact you walked in the door. Ive gone many times to this location to simply just drop off packages that ive prepaid for on the website, but im met with harsh words and told you cant drop that here Ive even had one postal worker there refuse to take my package because it was off on weight by 1 ounce. 1! it was a package weighing a whole 2 lbs, but because i declared it as 2lbs not 2lbs 1oz she refused to take the package.

When you call they dont answer they just put you on hold then hang up after 5 mins. These people are lazy clowns. Period!!! This is disrespectful and they need to be ALL FIRED!!!

This office never picks up the phone or their line is always busy! Unfortunately, thats the only experience Ive had with them.

It is pretty small but the associates are very knowledgeable and therefore are able to provide fast yet efficient service.

This is my favorite post office. I go there frequently. Generally no line and all the staff are courteous and helpful
