What a terrible office of incompetent people working for an incompetent company. My package had 3 attempted deliveries ;last week starting Monday March 23, after this attempt I contacted the sender to remove the signature requirement. They contacted FedEx to do this. Tuesday the package is again not left and a door tag was left again, I contacted fedex and they said they saw the withdrawal request and the package would be delivered the next day, thus wasting 2 attempts. Wednesday the package was again not left because no one in to sign. I emailed my sender and they said they faxed the number twice with the door tag # and assumed it would be done. I called fedex and spoke to someone who said it was on the truck for delivery on the Thursday and the signature requirement was removed. Thursday nothing was delivered, so for the 4th day in a row I called fed ex, they said they couldnt fond any faxes and that the package was not put on the truck as it had reached its 3 delivery maximum and it would need to be collected. I told them I could not pick it up as I worked 45 miles from the fedex location and could never get there on time before they close, plus I paid for delivery and I had called them every day to fix the issue of a signature requirement as had the sender and this was their mistake. I asked why would you send a package out wasting deliveries when you KNOW you are waiting for a fax to remove the signature. She called fed ex Monroe rd and spoke to a supervisor and took my number so they could call me once they found out what went wrong. I called Friday as no package was delivered and no one had called me I got no answers. I called Saturday and spoke to the one person who was nice, helpful and pointed out they had been calling the wrong number, not he number I gave them not even close to the number I gave them. He corrected the number and said he will make sure they get the message. It is now Thursday April 2, still no call and no package. The sender tried talking to them and said they would not cooperate either so the package is being sent back to them. FedEx, because they will become your ex package deliverer for being useless. 1800s Pony express would have got the package here sooner

Very bad experience with this center. They couldnt deliver my package during new year Holiday. My package was on their truck for days with no luck. The excuse was "busy season". Glad to know so I dont Use fedex during any Holiday and use other reliable carriers. Now I am telling my wife Fedex is saying sorry, we are not able to deliver your holiday gift becouse we are busy with other customers.

Reckless incompetence at its finest. Order UPS itll be a lot more civil. I had to drive an hour to Sanford to make sure I got my package.
