You should not use this business for overnight shipments like FedEx, UPS, etc. They advertise inaccurately that FedEx picks up from their location. In reality, they have a FedEx account and drop off packages at the FedEx location in Solon whenever its convenient for them. I learned this the hard way when I dropped off my pre-paid FedEx envelope on Friday afternoon - thinking it would go out on Friday night for Monday delivery. Instead, it was manually delivered to the FedEx Solon office on Saturday night and wont go out until Monday evening. I spoke to a FedEx representative in Solon who told me that they have nothing but problems with The Neighborhood Office. I couldnt agree more!

The Neighborhood Office is not only a friendly place to do your packing and shipping, its a local business that contributes to our community. Carrie is a member of the Chagrin Valley Rotary Club and the Chagrin Chamber of Commerce. Through these and other ways she and the business give back to the community. Good people, good store.

Amazing! TNO offers excellent customer service. All of the employees do a great job of handling each transaction in a timely and efficient manner and offer a variety of needs for shipping. I would highly recommend visiting this location before standing in line at the post office.
