This is more a rating for Fieldprint, not the actual Safe Ship store. Fieldprint for JLA badging takes too long to deliver badges. It has been almost 2 weeks from when the pictures were taken, and the paperwork processed, and we still have not received the badges. Safe Ship has no control over the speed in which they are delivered, because Fieldprint is the one who sends them. Go to Sanford to get badged, because JLA runs concurrent by county state-wide, because they are faster. It takes about 3 days to complete the background check and print the badges, but you have to pick them up in person.

I went to Safe Ship to have a simple I-9 document notarized for an employment offer. The man behind the counter, who is a notary, couldnt even figure out how to read the form and filled out the documents section incorrectly. Then he refused to actually put his notary stamp on my papers! The customer service was horrible and I felt like I was inconveniencing him, when I am the customer! One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. I will definitely not be back.

Excellent service! My co-workers and I use the Deland Safe Ship whenever we have something bigger than an envelope to mail. They are friendly, fast, and fairly-priced.
