I went to the store in hunters creek to get 2 pages of a book laminated on 6/15/2016 I spoke with Robby at copy center he told me it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes after waiting over 25 minutes I asked him how much longer he told me if I could just come back tomorrow cause he has to take care of other customers before he could take care of me l then asked to speak to a manager then Stan the so called customer service manger came over he was rude and gave me my book in pieces and said I can take it if I dont want to wait I told him that I cant do anything with my book in pieces so at this point Ill come back tomorrow. I came back 6/16/2016 spoke with Stan again who told me that I have to pay full price I told him my job was not completed when promised and I had to come back another day and not have the materials I. Need for work due to the fact I had no choice but to leave my now cut up book at there store. He dried to grab the book from me and told me they dont work for free and he would keep the book. I told he no he got mad said keep the book and dont come back to the store any more and told his 3 employees that where there never to serve me or do any copy jobs for me. I told him I would report him to corporate and I walked out on my way out he told me not to threaten him. This is the kind of great service they provide at Office Depot so I will take my business to a professional and reliable company like staples

Tried to do some laminating at Office Depot in Hunters Creek to beat the rush at school next week. NEVER AGAIN!! I dropped my posters off on Wednesday and was told they would be done by Thursday or Friday. Every time I called they had some sort of excuse for why the posters werent ready. So I call today and was told they still had more posters to do and could I come in tomorrow. I said "No, Im coming in now". Turns out they only had one person who knew how to refill the laminating machine and she was out the past two days. The past two days I had been lied to and told that they needed the laminating paper delivered and how they tried to call me (which they did not). Finally, I just stood there until the woman finished my laminating. Over priced, unprofessional, you lost my business!

All i asked for were 20 business cards. I had them setup in photoshop and normally have them printed else where. I needed them same day just a few so I took them to office Depot. When I picked them up they were 20 different sizes as if they printed them on card stock and used the large cutter to cut them. In what world is that acceptable and or professional. I will never use this store again. The store needs to train their employees properly. Im off to my trip with no usable business cards. Ill print them when I arrive. Thanks office Depot hunters creek. Keep the $20 dollars.

I waited 20 minutes for them to print 1 page that I scanned and sent to them, because the person in that department was occupied, meanwhile the cashier, Alexandra, just leaned on counter and did nothing. Finally she had the brilliant idea that she can do it herself, and while she was doing so, a line built up at checkout. After printing, she told me to go to her register, and when I did so, she ordered me to go to the back of the line "because they have been waiting" (for 30 seconds as opposed to my 20 minutes). Extreme incompetence.

Worst customer service. Understaffed Waited 25 minutes to drop off a package with only 3 people in front of me There were four employees standing around doing nothing while the line skip building and giving. Very slow and incompetent people at the cashier. Once I finally got up to the business center… The young man was very kind and tried so hard to be helpful. He apologized for the wait. Obviously they need better management and certainly better training for their staff. This is inexcusable in the year 2015

Nate in the printing area was incredibly helpful. He offered to do things for my order that were helpful to me and more work for him - he gave real customer service. He was very professional, calm, and confident. I also noticed that he was extremely knowledgeable in every area of the stores operations.

Worst possible customer service. We needed to purchase 3 office desk for our business, not only they didnt have one complete set, they made no effort to find a solution nor search for a nearby store for the missing pieces. I will never buy here again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same...

Office depot copies are great and prices are best in the area. However, everytime I come i wait over 30 minutes for be helped. There may be other employees present either at the register or on the floor. Maybe you can cross train them to help speedy up process.

Friendly and helpful. The only thing i have against is that the waiting is too much and you have to wait until someone acknowledge you so you can be served. Other than that once you are being attended its a good service.
