I called in twice, because they failed to deliver the package on time. They said they would hold it at the terminal to be picked up between 9-11. Drove there, and the UPS Guy said it was already on the truck. The package is now 2 days late, and still no delivery of it.

I called 3 days ago to have a package left at the office, so I could pick it up, because I am not home when they deliver. For some unknown reason, my request was ignored, and the package was left on the truck, and returned to the sender after 3 attempts.
