I called this company at 7:30 AM to book a cab for 8:00 AM. The man asked what time my flight was an I informed him it was at 10:00 AM. At 7:55 AM he texted me asking if 8:20 was an okay pick up time, although Im staying an hour away from the airport. I replied "no," and he said to call another company. Seeing as I needed immediate service, there were not any other taxis in the area available. I told him this and he said he was "12 minutes away." 10 minutes later I asked how far out he was and he said he was no longer coming because the taxi "had a flat tire." I am under the impression he had NO intention of telling me this until I asked. VERY UNRELIABLE. NO APOLOGY. Currently in a car hoping to make my flight, no thanks to them.
