Purchased a PO box for temporary use of receiving mail. I was told it was time for renewal by receipt of a letter in my box. I spoke with an employee (young, curly hair) and was told that I could only renew for six months or a year. I opted to renew for six months because they wouldnt allow any less then that. I went to the store to terminate the box on September 9th and was told that I have four months remaining that I prepaid for. I requested a refund and was told no. Contacted corporate and was told the manager would call me within 48 hours. Manager did call, but indicated that the additional four months of non-use is not refundable because "we have to now sent your mail return to sender and there are other expenses well incur". This makes no sense. Return to sender doesnt cost anything, and I assure you there are NO expenses to incur. ... Lastly... The employees at this store are incompetent. Ive had 2-3 dealings with the employees, who all look like they are barely 18, all of which seem to have a bit of a "slow" disability. Not using this to be insulting, just stating a fact. It makes it difficult to do business there because communication is lacking at best when talking with these individuals. I did speak with the manager about this previously on one of my visits. Will not be returning to the UPS store because of my poor experience here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. As another reviewer noted, the staff there is beyond incompetent. I dropped off a package as a return to sender and he said that they dont do that. I told him to Google it, right on the UPS web site it states that they do. In short, UPS has no record of the package getting dropped off at the store (which is because the employee didnt do the proper paperwork) and now the package is lost. UPS will not pay on the standard declared value because according to their records, it was delivered. I will not be going back to this store.

I use this UPS store exclusively to send all of my packages. I am a frequent shipper and ALL of my packages have made it to their destinations , usually ahead of schedule. The staff is wonderful and so very helpful. I will continue to use this store for all of my shipping needs.

The owners and staff here are GREAT! They are helpful, knowledgeable, but most of all they are patient! I come in several times a week to do shipping, but I also rely on them for help with a variety of other projects throughout the year.
