Awesome service! The guys are willing to bend over backwards. We moved here 4 years ago and have used this store time after time. Keep up the good work! Pricing on mailboxes is cheaper than all orlando stores I know. They have a notary on staff all the time and are truly experts in copies, packagaing and shipping. One more thing.... Its funny what a customer wants. I read the 4 comments under me and I see idiotic comments. Every package going UPS has a traking number. If you did not recieve a tracking number then your package must of went US Postal. Every UPS Store from my knowledge ships UPS and Mail and from this stores professional service they ask every customer from all the times I have been there "do you need tracking, insurance, or a signature"... your an idiot if you send cash!!!! Lets face it, UPS and fedex BOTH are more expensive then the post office.y? Its becuase they go the extra mile to deliver your package. If you need something packed 2 feet by 2 feet, such as a model sailboat obviously its $30. we have had many packages packed through them, and nothings been broken,and if it does I know for sure their policy is UPS refunds for packagaing and shipping. To the people out their, look what you are getting? You get automatic tracking, insurance, delivery options, package handling, and last time I checked UPS is kicking the post offices butt in all areas from Operations, to profits. Lets face it, the people who do not know anything about the shipping business assume and expect everything for the price of nothing. Thats life I guess

A rip off. I mailed two packages, one was 4 lbs the other 6.70 lbs and the total cost came to $47.56. When I questioned why so much the sales clerk said one box was priced by box size. The size box was approx. 18x13x12 and I was charged the rate for 17 lbs. The other box was approx. 18x13x5 and was charged at the 4 lb rate. When I got home I went to the USPS website and calculated their postage and even with the oversized box it would have only cost me $31.17. I will never ever ship UPS store again they are way OVER PRICED. Run dont walk to your nearest US Post Office. Response from the owner: "Marie, we appreciate your concern and are Sorry about your experience at the store. UPS and all Private Couriers besides the United States Post Office rate their packages based on dimensional weight ( combination of size, weight and zip code) to determine shipping prices. In your case the package had A fuel Surcharge along with the dimensional weight which applied. We are sorry you feel this way. We would like to welcome you back to our store for 1 FREE Shipment on behalf of the store so we can show the true customer service excellence and Logistics Excellence that UPS prides themselves upon." Customer Reply: Your attempt to wash over the facts doesnt fool me one bit. I will never ship anything from your store NOT EVEN FOR FREE. My motto in life " You only get one chance to make a good first impression" you and your store failed miserably.

I bet the writers of the reviews below either do not know about the services about The UPS Store nor do they know who to blame. The UPS Store is different than UPS. Regarding claims I had a package shipped through them. Thanks to the store I got my money. UPS didnt care, the store did.The store gives me discounts on shipping, to keep me a valued customer.I been going here for 20 years, and their have been 4 owners. I know them ALLLLL! By Far the best are the last one and the current one! They have helped every customer with a smile and are corteous every time I go there. and trust me I am there atleast twice/week. Its impossible to read the three or four bad reviews underneath and sit here and not write. In short, the BEST UPS Store. Dont go by 3 or 4 bad customer reviews. Again the service is exceptional. They are not the carrier, they are the retail store, & regarding whats in their hands, they do a phenominal job and go far and beyond what they have to do. LOOOOK and see the awards they have on there mantel behind the register. All those Sales Awards come with service, integrity, knowledge and trust. They exceed in ALL.A+ to my Orange City UPS Store.

Wouldnt go back to this place at all.... horrible customer service..... dropped off my package on March 23rd at 10:06am.... they misplaced my package to be sent out and it never left there store till March 29th 9:30am.... called to ask why and the guy was rude as can be acting like he didnt think that could of happened and I was wrong it left the store FedEx must have not scanned it is what he said then started getting loud on the phone with me so I told him he was a f idiot and hung up.......all he had to do is say wow sorry something must have went wrong in our store and I apologize for your inconvenience and I would have been okay with that.... will NEVER drop stuff off at this place again.....

I have done business with this store for over two years and have never, ever had a problem like others have accused. The owner is extremely cooperative and has worked with our company to make us more profitable. I have seen some of the folks he has to deal with on a daily basis admire his patience. Sexist? Rap music? You have the wrong store. The owner is a young dedicated guy that always goes the extra mile to make sure the orders are correct and shipped in a timely manner. This is not something I can say about the Deltona store which is actually closer to me, but gives a much lower level of service from disinterested employees.

A friend of mine sent out some money going next day air...and it was mysteriously stolen. The associate at the store mysteriously did NOT give her a tracking number, which when i found this out i thought it was strange because i thought UPS packages always had a tracking number. i have heard of other similar stories and i just think that something is a little shady. I have been in the store before but found that i can get a better deal on their products elsewhere so i just dont bother going in anymore unless i absolutely have to, which is never. i find the deltona store to be a lot more helpful though, maybe its the management.

These Guys are beyond amazing.Customer Service is a word that is defined buy this stores employees. David is mgr and they have 2 other guys. I believe short Indian fellow who coordinated by pickup and other gentleman. They came to my residence, picked up, took items to their store and pack and ship, once it arrived they even call me day of to make sure I was home. Since it was a week and many things going on I had forgot so when I reach home I get call from freight company that we are delivering your items. the love and care behind service is appreciated. Priced very fair and true gentleman. God Bless

ONE STOP SHOP FOR POSTAL AND UPS AND BUSINESS CARDS AND BY THE WAY WHEN I WAS THERE THE MANAGER ASKED ME IF I WANTED A MAILBOX, AND I WAS SOLD....
