** Worst UPS Store you can do Business with- Never Use Them **** Usually UPS gets the packages, and either they will email you or text you. I dont get messages nor do I get any responses. Last week I had a package I complained to Josh and he said the packages are here since 11;23am but he didnt get chance to email it. This week spoke to Sasha, same problem and complaint that packages are here and has not been scan, even though we have been looking for this packages for over 4 hours now !!! tried to get in touch with Mr. Ellis who is the owners son they will not connect him, called their other store and left message for him. Please save your self aggravation NEVER EVER trust them, and i hope UPS Company reads these messages and evaluates the store

Ive noticed that this store didnt have too many good reviews so I wanted to write my own since I know ppl only like to review on the bad, never the good. I have found the staff at this store to be polite and courteous (i know i spelled that wrong). its a convenient store and even has a cheap notary service (which is one of the reasons why i go). If you ask me, i think that its way better than the orange city store.

I WENT THERE, AND THEY HAD A LINE, ONE EMPLOYEE, HE WAS RUDE AND THEN HE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT??? I SAID SIR, CAN I GET THIS TO MY LOCATION BY TOMORROW? AND HE SAID... NO GO TO THE POST OFFICE...... IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
