Total rip-off. I was in a big hurry and needed to ship 3 boxes of books. I had already boxed them well and taped them in every direction, all that was needed was the label. I had checked with FedEx ground and USPS Media Mail my cost was $93.00 and $42.00 respectively; I didnt need rush delivery. This lady charged me $280.00! I could have had a stroke. You can make money by building a good reputation and charging a fair price, or you can really screw people over and never have them as a return customer; she fits the latter category. Do yourself a favor, get other quotes from the post office and FedEx first. You will see for yourself the other reviews on this site are her buddies and not real customers.

i remember my visit like yesterday.as soon as i walked in this beautiful young lady said WELCOME TO PACK AND SHIP. FORGET the post office they SUCK before they broke my vase my great grandmother gave to me when i was little. i will never get over it for as long as i live. then i had to send my nephew a laptop and they did the bast packing i have ever seen in my life my computer weighed 10 pounds and they actually BEAT the post offices price! from now on i know where i am going for ANY packing needs thanks you so much jennifer, the one who took care of me!

Well first ill say this was my fault. I was in a hurry and needed a phone shipped. I was told it would be about $100. I was crazy to pay this but i did. What a rip. When i get home the actual charge was $175 for overnight to Alabama. When i checked with USPS the same package would have been $20. Complete rip. Im so pissed. Like stated earlier do yourself the favor and drive to the post office that is a couple blocks down. I like to support local business but this is RAPE

small family owned business. The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. All my packages arrived safely, including my 42 inch tv. Worth every pennie and would highly recommend.

Paid for postage and my mail returned to my home with no stamps!!! Go to the post office! I will never return here.
