I contacted Julio from hh temp service. And I spoke to him yesterday about him helping me find a job doing warehouse work. He took down my name, phone number, and my email address and he told me he was going to send me a link for the assessment test I had to do and I was suppose to do the application process to. He told me to be there at 10 clock am today. I was there and not only that I got there 10 minutes early. He never even acknowledge me at all. Two people came in after I did and he acknowledge them and brought them application to fill out. One of the man that came in after me was doing the application and was not even finish with it Julio just told him to come on in the back. By this time it was going on 11 clock and he still did not acknowledge I was out there. He is so very, very unprofessional. Even the ladies that called him and told him his appt. Had arrived he still did not come out and greet me at all. That was so unprofessional and I had never had some one from a temp agency do that to me before. Even the ladies up front was very disappointed that he did that. They said u still sitting out here and Julio did not come out here and acknowledge that you are out here and I said "NO" he did not. So I just got up and I left. But before I left I told the ladies that Julio was very unprofessional. So any one that is planning on having HH temp service help them find a job "DONT GO THEIR".

Words cant express how much I appreciate Mr. Julio Nava from the Orlando Agency. I moved from NY to FL and I didnt have any business connections or friends. I have now lived here for over 10 moths, and I havent found a professional the caliber of Mr. Nava. I did not only get treated with respect, but I felt Mr. Nava went above and beyond to select the perfect job opportunities for me throughout the process. I never really thought much of staffing agencies in the pass, but because of the method in which Julio conducted himself in the progression of each job assignment, and the reason for each assignment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Bias .... I contacted Julio, because a leasing Agent informed me that he would be able to assist me on finding employment as a Leasing agent. At first when i spoke to him, he seem like i was taking up his time, on numerous occasions while speaking to me he couldnt prenounce my name... (Kamala or Quemala) I do understand Spanish. Now its going on one week since I contacted Julio, and I have yet to receive an email or a phone call from him. So I just contacted him and after not being available, he finally contact me to ask if this is JUAN.... I inform him that" no this is Kamalah..... He took a short pause and says oh, I got the wrong number... I will be reporting this company ( if that is what you call it.. to BBB) for Bias. I hope many of you have better luck then I did with Julio..but Im sure you will since Im sure if you are of Hispanic Heritage, you will most likely be given top notch customer service.
