What an unfortunate shock when I checked out after my hair cut. Prior to check out, I was asked if I wanted to style and I did not but the stylist said I really should because of the type of hair cut and he wanted to see it totally finished. So I agreed although I was reluctant at the extra $10 that was clearly listed on the price board (Im on a serious budget and can only afford a hair cut every 4-5 months) at the front of the store. I went from a cut above my chin to a shorter cut above my chin and was charged a "medium cut" and style which was $37.95. All the stylist did was blow dry it out, I had to style it when I got home! I was completely shocked and grew more and more upset throughout the day. This greed or lack of upfront pricing will be the reason I never return to HairMasters. I even discussed this with a friend later that night and she had the exact same experience at the exact same salon. I though you should know that your salon may have made an extra $10 here or there but have lost a repeat customers for good.

When i went their the first time for a dye and cut i paid 110 including tip which i thought was great i told the stylist i would come to them every time because she did an amazing job with my hair. When i went back they were trying to charge 150 or over depending how much dye they have to get. I was shocked because the first time my hair was much more worse, when i told them how much i was priced the first time the manager simply said she charged you wrong its this price. After that I wanted nothing to do with them because by the time i got out of there it would come out to 200 since i have long hair. When i know i can go somewhere else for 120. Thanks but no thanks

Richard is the best. Im on the road a lot for work and I was kind of reluctant to try somewhere new since Ive only had two barbers my entire life. He paid attention to what I wanted and made a lot of adjustments based on things my hair does naturally. He taught me a lot of things I should and shouldnt be doing with my hair. Dont pay attention to price complaints; when its the right person cutting your hair, its the right person. My hair looks great and Im definitely coming back again!

Loved the salon but it was hard to find because from the road a Magnolia trees leaves are covering the sign :( I was looking for a salon that sold Design line products Beth was a great help. If I hadnt been told where the salon was at I would have missed it. Why would the owners plant a tree that was so short it covers the salons name? It is even covering the sign on the first photo that was displayed on goggle maps. :( :(

Three stylists started arguing and fighting while my daughter was getting her hair cut. Very unprofessional. We walked out.
