Went twice yesterday and the first time they said they were too busy. I went back and they were sitting there at 5:30 but refused to cut my hair because they said they had closed out the register. I said what time do you close? and they said 6. I said its 5:30 and she timidly said she had a rough day. Why in the world management lets this happen when they spent so much to start a franchise is beyond me. I guess the poor attitude starts at the top. I even offered to pay cash and double tip but she said no. I then said im just a one setting, like a crew cut. She said no. This was 10-25-2015 in case management wants to look into who was working. Two lazy ladies is all I know. Eric

I just got my hair cut at this hair cuttery and it was terrible. i told the lady exactly what i wanted and she did nothing right. she didnt even look like she was trying. she cut my bangs totally uneven and i had to fix them myself. and i asked for 1 or 2 inches of the bottom and she cut off 5! my hair look awful! do not go to the hair cuttery in Dr.Phillips!!

Glen is the master stylist & my husbands hair looked so great, I asked where he was going, he suggested Glen. So I gave him a try. He did exactly what I asked for. Im so pleased I found him. Lovely personality & he listens! Didnt cut my hair too short, Like most scissors friendly hairdressers ! Sarah theophilus

Didnt even bother, I called to get an idea of the wait & the girl in the other end sounded like she couldnt even be bothered. If you cannot have proper phone etiquette, I doubt your customer service is any better.

Service was good but we did notice a lot of hair on the floor in the waiting area. I know the hair falls on the floor but we didnt think it should be there.
