AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!! I purchase most everything I buy online, from clothes to shoes to hair to cosmetics, electronics, etc., and I have NEVER had such an awful experience with a company...EVERRRRR! Not only is their customer service AWFUL, but the expensive wig I purchased is even worse. I was very excited to wear my 20" loose wave full lace wig with bleached knots and "customized hairline" and didnt even mind the price if the product quality was what they said it would be, but this was not the case. My $700 wig was silky and smooth when I got it but the quality disintegrated after that. The knots at the hairline were not bleached as well as the hair further toward the middle of the wig and this is very noticeable. The "lace paste" I also bought from them is essentially Elmers glue with some type of lotion or fragrance mixed in. It barely sticks and needs a couple of applications every time I try to put the wig on. It makes all the "customized"baby hairs around the hairline stick (like glue!) to my hairline and it looks like a matted down, glued down mess every time you take the scarf off. You have to pick it off of the lace and your forehead only to find that the lace is coming off too and the Elmers glue has caused a crusty white residue all around your hairline. THE WORST PART: THE WIG STARTED BALDING WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF WEARING IT!!!! I cant even part it anywhere because there are bald patches everywhere. When I brush it with a paddle brush, the brush is covered in hair and handfuls of hair come out every day. After I first noticed this I tried contacting their customer service over the phone. There is an automated response about some personal assistant then it goes to voicemail and never puts you in touch with a person. I also emailed customer service over and over but no response. I DMd their Instagram account multiple times and got no response. It wasnt until I commented directly on one of their Instagram pictures that my wig was balding that they blocked me! I cant believe I paid all this money for a wig and the company doesnt even have the decency to respond to me. All the reviews on their website are entered by Natural Beauty Hair Boutique themselves and their reviews are AWFUL on every website out there now. They are a lousy company and I doubt theyll last long. Good riddance!

I will first start by saying I really liked the hair I ordered. It was soft, easy to manage, as long as proper condition was applied and the bundles were really full. However; with that being said, I was not in particular a fan of the customer service. I have an issue with a company that is friendly only when youre giving them great reviews and ignore any concerns or questions you have that arent necessarily in their best favor. I simply asked a question about the dramatic/consistent inflation in price, which is a valid concern if you plan on using the same company. It was more of general question than anything. The response she gave me seemed as if she was annoyed stating they have to go with the demand and they wont lower their price because their quality is great (with all due respect, do you know a hair company that advertises low quality hair)? I responded with a detailed message similar to informing her that a courtesy for customers is always nice and just good for retention. She wrote back "Ok". I sent multiple pictures of my hair and a nice review, praising the satisfaction I had with the look for her to post on their web page. She would not post any of the pictures, which benefited the company, and ignored my e-mails about anything pertaining to the hair. I would NEVER order from them again in my life. I have a much better company that is EXTREMELY grateful for their customers and are ok and mature enough to handle a simple dispute/question without pouting like elementary kids. Some people are only decent in business when every, single thing is perfect, as soon as you express something they dont like, their true colors show. Thats what separates the greats from the goods. Youre only delivering in one area and not the other. Please review this and use it to your benefit. There are entirely too many hair companies to choose from to act foolish with what would have been a consistent customer. Word of mouth is powerful. Please do better.

HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE BY STYLIST INDIA. I had an appointment today at 1:15pm, I arrived on time, and was told upon entering the shop by India, that it was going to be a minute. I reiterated that I had an appointment. She said a stylist called off. I asked why I wasnt made aware, so I could come at a different time. She said someone tried to call me. I explained this is very unprofessional on all levels. I asked her how was she going to make this right. She said she was doing a sew in and would call me when she was done. I returned home, when I did get a call from India, she stated she was not going to do my hair because she didnt like how I came at her. I told her thats fine, and explained to her that im a customer, Im paying you for a service, and I will not accept inferior customer service, when you charge premium rates. Then she hung up on me, lol. Ill see if the other stylist has a higher level of maturity and class. UPDATE : Since I didnt notice any license or certification by any booths I called the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, they confirmed that this establishment IS NOT LICENSED to be operating as a salon. If you chose to go their, cbecm and make sure the individual that you are paying, is licenced.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I was very happy to return to the store after purchasing my custom made wig a year ago. I am so happy this boutique is in my hometown especially with other companys advertising a wonderful product And you get it and its far less. I have stopped in and shopped onsite and was always met with kindness and actual real customer service. The boutique is very neat and clean smells amazing and a very quiet place to even get styled. I personally am over unprofessionally ran black owned businesses, stylists, sick of having to get my hair done in the mist of ratchet music, gossip talk, and unnecessary randomness. At this point I do not think there is a better company in the city or online. They have thee best frontals, the frontals already have a natural hairline you do not need to pluck the hair lines (no body has time for that and I know too many stories of plucking gone wrong). I will always shop at this professionally ran black owned business and most importantly I do believe the owner appreciates her customers I received an email post purchase of her acknowledging and thanking me for my business, i responded and she replied. I never had that happen. Shop here and you will be happy

I purchased a full lace exotic curly wig from Natural Beauty Boutique on December 25th 2016 , I have to say this is the best wig I have ever purchased! I did pay extra for the unit to get customized for a more natural hairline and i also had the knots bleached ! I must say , it was worth every penny !! They nailed it!! The hair is gorgeous! Its very soft , very little shedding I got 150 density and its not to thick and definitely not to thin . I got this wig in a 22 inch and it is pretty long . I also purchased the lace paste and if you follow the instructions on how to use this paste you will be very happy with the results . I was so pleased with my purchased I just ordered another one this time I purchased a loosewavy full lace wig also in the 22 inch . Once I receive I will write another review on that one. This is my honest review , I have not been given anything for this review! I purchased both wigs and paste with my hard earned money . I just wanted to share my honest review on this company. As long as they continue with this good quality hair I will be a customer for life .
