They completely butchered my hair. I told them two simple things to do to my bangs, and they didnt listen to one of them. Now I am super embarrassed to be seen in public, and even in front of my own parents. I dont understand how they can mess up something so simple. I am never going here again. The students at Brown Aveda are much better. They did my hair perfectly.

I had a employee come up to me in public just to tell me that I needed a hair cut! Then had the nerve to tell me to come see her here and shell help me. I was so insulted! That just makes me not want to go here or recommend it to anyone!

Ive always had good cuts here for a very reasonable price. Dont like the upsale attempts, but thats true of almost every salon Ive ever been to, so no points off for that. Rarely wait either.
