This place is awful. The stylists are not good at going beyond the very basic. It is not surprising that most of the clientele are men, young boys, and older women with short hair. The stylist I saw, Catherine, did a horrible job on my hair. I went in with decently long hair that had very long layers at the end. Nothing complicated. She cut off around 5 inches when I asked for a trim. As I have very thick hair, I asked for some layers and for it to be thinned out and she just chopped and hacked away. I went back in and asked anothet stylist to fix it. The second stylist tried to fix the hack job that was already done on my hair, but Ill have to go elsewhere and pay more money to get a real cut. Whats more, when I was leaving, the first stylist literally called me back in by name and said not to worry that she would split her tip with the second stylist. It was extremely tacky as she was clearly trying to get me to tip more to the second stylist, by shaming me in front of the entire place. Horrible guest service, horrible cuts. I have gone to hair schools and gotten better cuts than this. I am extremely disappointed and cant wait for my hair to grow out. If you are a female with long, thick hair that you care about - dont go here.

Dear Great Clips, Your location in Eustis Village is badly run. I know because I have been there three times and theres completely different staff each time. So you cant afford quality staff? My stylist got her nerves ryled up by the manager today, to come to his office once finished with my cut. She did a bad job and Im also mad because its not all her fault. So 15 bucks is high for a mens hair cut, at least in Florida and Im going to be wairing a hat for a while. That mean boss of hers gut sticks out so far he cant tie his own shoes. I let my hair grow out two months just to get it butchered by Great Clips. Thanks a million buddy.

Tiffany saw my hair style; I also told her the way I wanted it cut. She proceeded to cut it the way she cuts everyones hair....blending it all together. I called her on this. Her response was, "Im from Indiana and I cut hair differently." Huh?? My hair cut is generic to anyone and could be on anyones head...male or female...it is not what I went in with or explained. I also did not appreciate the "Honey" name calling. I am not Honey, I am not her Honey and I expect more from Great Clips than a truck stop waitress greeting. I will be going elsewhere for my next haircut. Bad, bad, bad!

Eustis Village, 2862 David Walker Dr, Eustis, FL 32726 Wow! Ive been wanting to write a review for awhile. About 6 mths ago I came in to this store with my 101 year old Granny for hair cuts. My Granny is very picky about her hair. Joyous washed, cut and styled my Grannys hair. Granny loved it and loved Joyous! Also, I got mine cut too. Ive been back twice since and only for Joyous to work my hair. She understands what I want and need for my hair. Granny is hoping to come get hers done again but shes under the weather just now. Love you Joyous and see you next month.

Never again.... I came here to have my hair cut. First, my earing was ripped out, & when I asked about it, I was told it was a jewel off the hairdressers nail. Shouldnt have such long nails. I never find my earing, an apology or offered to replace it. Also, my hair cut was aweful. I was just too nice to say anything. My cute looked like a mullet. Wtf. I had my 17 yr old daughter re-cut it & it came out great. I will be looking for a new hairdresser. They hired people who have no clue what their doing.

Ive been going to Isabell for about 2 years now. I have had my hair cut by a few others but, Isabell is by far the best ! She always listens to what I want and doesnt take a step with the scissors before double checking. She is very friendly and knows how to hold a conversation. I get my 18 month olds sons hair cut with her as well and we have never had a problem. I would recommend her hands down .

Floofy Toast butt

She butchered my hair. I feel so ugly. I came in with a picture reference of what I wanted and she made it all one length all the way through when some of it was supposed to be shaved and she looked at the picture maybe twice. Its so bad Ive cried multiple times cause Im dreading going to work tomorrow

terrible when today to get c uh the on the sides and trim on the top and the lady gave me bald spots and chopped the top of my hair. never going again. I thought it would be good because I go to the one in Ohio but obviously I was wrong. will be back tomorrow for a complaint and refund.

I drive 20 minutes to this location just to have Joy cut my hair. I have been to other places in the area but she is why I go to this location. She does a wonderful job every time!
