Im visiting my sister and needed to get my hair dyed, hi lighted, cut, styled and blow dried. My sister, although shed never personally gone there, suggested the Haircuttery in St. Charles plaza due to its proximity to her house. When I checked the reviews, I almost didnt go there. The reviews we not favorable and it made me a little nervous about going there. I decided to try my luck anyway because I know that people are often quick to give a negative response and not as quick with the positive ones. Im glad that I took a chance! I arrived shortly after opening and was greeted immediately and told that someone would be with me as soon as possible. There were 3 people having their hair done by the 3 stylists working and a couple of people waiting ahead of me. I was still taken in about 30 minutes. Sonya was professional and patiently asked several questions uuntil she knew exactly what I wanted. She proceeded to work on my hair, without rushing or making me feel like she was i n a hurry. She did exactly what I asked and I was extremely pleased with the results

Im not at all dramatic about hair,I thought no matter how its cut you always style it so it can look good.Michelle cut my hair and it was horrible.Didnt say anything and I tipped good but went home and had a good cry.First time in my life for that reason.I went somewhere else in my next day off and had it fixed.Now that I looked at the posted prices,my wash-cut-blowdry should have cost me $25 and not $35 .I tipped $15 so that plus what I was overcharged gave her a 100% tip not to mention I sat in her chair for an hour and a half.This is my first bad review ever ,will never go near that place again

Another great haircut from Michele. Thank you so much you always know exactly how may hair needs to be cut! She is so friendly and listens to your concerns or issues with your hair. Shes been cutting my hair tgere for about a year. I use to see Shannon but her talents seem to have slipped and she was very difficult to get an appointment. I was so happy when Michele was available to cut my hair so now I see her and shes a very talented and friendly stylist..Thank you again Michele see you in a few weeks!

Called ahead that morning asking if getting a hair color was something that could be done and was told yes and to come in. Said I would be there in the afternoon and was told that was fine. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the only stylist who was doing something to assist me only for her to scowl and say it would take at the very minimum 4 hours and they close in 4 hours. Not only was it a huge waste of time for me but she wasnt even really nice about it. Do not waste your time here.

I was so dissapointed the first time i went to St. Charles Plaza. The hair dresser did not know how to cut hair at all. Basically butchered my hair. I complained to corporate. They called back and said that they wanted to make amnends and would i come back if they got me a very reliable hair stylist. I agreed. Glad i did. Donna did an excellent job on my hair. Couldnt be happier. I will definitely have her as my stylist next time I come back. Thank you Donna.

I have come here half a dozen times and each time they tell me there is an hour and a half wait- even with only one or two customers. Came in tonight needing haircuts for myself, my two sons, and my daughter. Again I was told an hour to an hour and a half. Only two customers- both already in chairs. Apparently 4 hair cuts would put them past their closing time. Dont waste your time- apparently they dont like customers here

Went there 4 times, 1st wasnt awful, 2nd was the best, 3rd time they totally messed up. Looked awful. Then this time I walk in at 2:11, I got one hey so they knew I walked in and that was it and that was it. Watched another person walk in 5 minutes ago and was immediately greeted and had their name added to the list and continued to ignore me. Wound up walking out at 2:55 without any acknowledgement. Wont be going back.

They dont honor the online check in. I have a 10:55am time. Its now 11:20am. They keep taking walk in after walk in ahead of me. They girl is super rude. "Its not her problem " I showed her my confermation email. Better service and $5 cheaper down the road. Oh and almost all the girls leave a line when trying to do a fad. The location was great for me but I wont be back after how rude they were today ✌

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been there many times, my husband and myself actually. They called to me to remind me of an appt that I couldnt make due to work and the gal said "whatever" and the proceeded to hang up on me?! Every time I have been there the staff is rude and I will NEVER go back there again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

Lots of hairdressers on duty so I didnt have to wait long. Very friendly. Very skilled. Took the time to do a good consultation before the shampoo and cut. So happy with the results! They could have charged even more for how much time and skill they give you. Three of us in my family have been going there for 4 years now and we are very happy.

O.K the service was fast everybody friendly. but HORRIBLE hair cut i have very long hair i just wanted to have 3 inches off and in layers. My hair is chopped and terribly uneven. I think the hair stylist was called Kristen

I went in and have my name. Since I didnt have an appointment I knew I would have wait. However after 4 others came in and did the same thing and was taken ahead of me I walked out. I will not come back.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Cost me $25 and it took her an hour ...it was like she was in training. My hair was so chopped up it has never been so hacked.

I went in for my bangs to be trimmed and a v and came or with a weird shaped w that was super choppy. I wouldnt recommend going there if you have long hair.
