The worst experience iv had at a hair salon ! My friend referred me here because she had a great experience so I figured Id give it a try, I call to ask about prices and I got a quote for my hair, I walk and I have to ask for something to drink .. I was the only one in the front at the time , then I finally sit down to talk with my stylist and she quotes me double what the original price was ?! But I figured I would go ahead and try it out because my friend had a good experience. I also asked about a scalp treatment and she only gave me one option, and when she did the "scalp treatment " she didnt event massage the product into my scalp just on top of my hair ? Really ? I paid an extra 35 for that ? And then the cut all she did was cut straight across , no feathering no nothing this place is the worst and I will never recommend anyone to come here, not to mention the old blond lady at the front desk was very rude and condescending .

I have been a customer for the past 6 years and always been pleased with the service, until my stylist Linley left. Their receptionist is plain rude and definitely does not have the customer in mind. If I was the owner, I would take some of the reviews serious and take action. At my last visit I asked to be scheduled with an experienced master stylist or designer and ended up with a stylist, even after confirming twice over the phone. Prices vary depending on the stylists level. Miguel did a good job and he is very nice; however, I was charged for partial highlights at the highest rate. I did not realized this until I looked up his profile at home. I will be looking for a new salon.

As a former Aveda Salon Manager, I was impressed with the services my stylist Kayla, performed (Mens Haircut). I was greeted, offered a beverage while I waited, and enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the front desk staff. I was offered a hot towel treatment as expected along with other signature services. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing (Massage shampoo bowls - AMAZING!). Needless to say, I will be returning and ensured to reserve my future reservation while checking out. Great job team!!! You impressed me from start to finish! Oh, and I received multiple referral cards to pass out (Which I intend to do so)

Moved to Florida from the Annapolis area and have missed my salon up there badly ever since. I had a horrible experience in my new towns Aveda salon, so I decided driving 45 minutes was worth it. This place has a professional environment, very coifed staff with friendly demeanors, no catty gossip heard, but the BEST part is this - I called YESTERDAY to book a badly needed hair color and cut. They got me in first thing this morning. I happened to get one of the best stylists Ive ever had. Thank you, Sal! Youve made me feel and look 10 years younger. Ill be back!

This place is excellent!! The salon itself is always clean, crisp and with refreshing decor. The staff is welcoming and friendly, from the front desk, to the assistants to the stylists. My favorite stylist is Lisa Lefferts, who has been doing my hair for over 10 years. Shes awesome - creative, talented, energetic, outgoing and caring. Ive never been disappointed with my hair cuts from her. I also love what Aveda does for the earth and for the less fortunate people on it. I like knowing my money can help in some small way.

After giving them several chances to improve their customer service and communication, I have taken my business elsewhere. Prices have continued to rise to unreasonable prices, especially considering the lack of service. They couldnt call to tell me stylist was running TWENTY minutes behind? Not OK for a $50 haircut! The 2 stars are for Jennifer, who does fantastic facials (but beware the lack of communication to her regarding her appts!), and Lisa, who does an amazing job. Not worth the high-jacked prices tho! Ridiculous!

Wonderful environment, but do not sign up with Lauren - no product knowledge, horrible service, she is miserable, rude, negative individual that is guaranteed to ruin your day. She calls herself a Progressive Stylist and charges as one, but she needs many years of practise to earn that name...
