I was at Ulta yesterday looking at a $19 product to help clear acne. A girl came over and asked if I was looking for something specific and I told her I wanted a serum or something similar to help clear up the last bit of acne Ive been struggling with. She took me without hesitation to a $105 anti-aging serum. I immediately told her I wasnt going to spend that much and she looked offended and insisted that I feel the serum on my hand. I still told her I wasnt going to spend that much (and why did she show me an anti-aging serum instead of an acne treatment???) and she took me to a $50 product. I told her I wanted to try to stay in the $30 range. She said she didnt think there were any and basically left me alone after that. I walked around for $5 and found an acne serum by Mario Badescu for $20. I dont know if these women work on commission or what, but it was definitely one of the worst experiences Ive had at an Ulta. Ill probably be going to a different location from now on.

The worst experience EVER!!!!! NEVER GO TO CASSANDRA!!! Had an appointment at 11:45, and she asked me to come back at 12:15 because she was with a client, when I came back she was still with the same client having a long conversation and had me waiting till 12:30, goes to the register to print out her ticket and shes keeps having a very long conversation with the lady. I had to go to her manager to complain about the wait because i had another appointment i needed to be at at 1:45, which was the reason i was getting my make-up done.THEN SHE WANTS TO SAY SHE DIDNT WANT TO DO THE JOB! The manager had to find someone else to do my make-up, a very nice lady though named Shirley that works for Clinique, she did a wonderful job. CASSANDRA is unprofessional and should definitely be fired!!!

I love my hair Kassandra Hahn did such an amazing job turning my hair from medium dark brown to silver gray. The girls in the beauty department and brow station are also very helpful and full of knowledge. I spent 4 hours enjoying myself with them talking about and showing me product, I had no idea that I was in there so long. They are all so absolutely friendly.

When trying to decide what I needed, I had to make a few trips to Ulta before finally getting to speak with someone who ACTUALLY knew what they were talking about, but once I finally was greeted by one of their fabulous estheticians, she helped me find EXACTLY what products I needed for my skin type and tone.

Staff was very nice but I got my hair styled and its not very good at all for the price. Not like the picture I showed her and repeatedly told her if she wanted to do something else easier she could. On top of that, my curls fell out in an hour or less!

On the the plus side its a clean store and wide variety of products. Unfortunately the store isles are too crowded for my wheelchair and I find it extremely difficult to get around the store.
