Alexa did my hair today and I couldnt be happier! Ive been struggling to grow out my previously fried hair (some lady in Georgia over processed my hair so bad that it melted like sludge and just fell off) I was so worried that either a.) My hair was going to look like tiger stripes, or b.) My hair would over process again and fall out. But, Alexa managed to give me the most beautifully blended, natural highlights AND make my hair look and feel healthier! You cant even tell that Ive had chemicals in my hair. It just looks naturally sun kissed. I just moved here to Lakeland and I know who I will be calling when I need a touch up! Thank you Alexa!

After a horrible experience at another salon yesterday, I called Lakeland Smartstyle out of desperation around 7 pm and was able to get in at 715! Tiffany was able to fit me in even though they closed at 9 and she worked miracles on my hair. She took the time to fix someone elses mistake and walked me through what she was doing to fix it. I never felt like she was rushing to finish! Even though she was still working on it after they closed. I am extremely impressed with her skills and knowledge! She is definitely an asset to Smartstyles!!

Walked in on a Saturday for a haircut. Luck of the draw got me Lou Ann who did an excellent job on my very thick hair. Definitely going back.

Would give them less than one star because they all have attitude problems and roll their eyes at you. If you dont like your job... QUIT!!!
