smart style in Walmart is owned by regis and i went to them and got a hack job by the manager(mona) and instead of fixing it(14 foils, no cut) she insisted on refunding my $ and would not fix it. I cannot get it fixed for what i paid. They were having a special.Now they want before and after pictures. Well now i know to take before pics. I JUST WANT IT FIXED!!!!!!!!!
