This place is nice. I dont want to give a bad review to the whole place- just towards one of their technicians.Unfortunately, I dont remember her name. Just that she was a young Hispanic lady. I went to get a manicure and was greeted by friendly faces (other employees). During my manicure she kept silent. The whole thing was sooo awkward. I felt she didnt even want to be there. I showed her a design and she started doing it, but then said she didnt like it and asked if she could just do some lines. I said ok..She told me she didnt have gold to do the lines but that shed go over the white with some gold.. She didnt go over the white. It was literally 3 lines. It was so different from the picture I showed her. I asked if she had black once I realized the white lines would show (I didnt want that).. she said yes, look in her drawer.. and continued! She didnt take out the black. At this point I just wanted it to be over. (and i was charged an extra $5...) Shes not a people person. Shouldnt be in this line of work. Maybe she had a bad day, Idk. I was really sad to have this experience since everyone else had great experiences!

I was not pleased with the service I received. I called to make an appointment at 630 and they asked if 6, I agreed thinking they were booked with other appointments. I got there just after 6, as I really needed 630 and we were greeted by a lady saying to quickly get our polish. The place was empty and dark, with the open sign off and we picked this place because it is opened until 730, acording to their website and door. We sat down and they were snooty and said we could only do the 40 min option because HE was ready to go. So our one moment away from kids, house hold duties and work was limited because they didnt want to be there at their job! The rest of the experience was not pleasant and they spoke to each other during our pedicure about places they needed to be and if they would make it on time. It was my first visit and my last, very displeased with the experience.

I went there for the first time back in May of 2013 and let me say that this is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I was taken care of by the salon owner and he took his time on my nails and made sure I was happy with it. They were beautiful. I loved it. He is very detailed with his work. The staff here are wonderful. Very friendly. "Mr. WONDERFUL" (the salon owner) is very friendly and funny, he had me laughing the whole time I was there. I dont live in the area but when i go down to Florida again I will definitely make sure I go back. I definitely recommend it. Just make sure you call ahead of time though for an appointment because chances are that theyre booked. I almost wouldve missed the opportunity of a lifetime due to this reason.

Truly is as good as it gets! Love the atmosphere, services are some of the best in Orlando let alone Clermont. I love to have a massage and if you are looking to relax, Christina is amazing, if you are looking for something a bit more with some Thai influx, Linda is incredible. Mani/Pedi, facials and whatever you need, it is definitely the best place in Clermont. They were running a special and it is the best deal going for 50% off. Van and Meha, the owners love their customers and will make sure you enjoy everything about your experience!

I love this place, and any other time I have been forced to go somewhere else Ive hated it. Here the people are friendly, dont talk about you in there language right in front of you, and have really good pricing for the experience. Linda is the bomb at massage and I love the fountains. Anyway I recently went to another nail salon due to time and distance from my house, ummm yeah, disappointing doesnt even begin to cover that experience, but when youve been to a place like LEurope I guess the others would pale in comparison!

I was given a spa finder gift card for my birthday and unfortunately chose this place. Extra upon extra fees were added because if the card. Even had to pay their % for the nail spa advertising on spa finders website? Geez. Then their was Mr. wonderful? Made a ignorant comment about one of the customers that came in for a massage. Really?! Careful if you are a person of color...wont be good treatment. Just sad and very unprofessional.

On vacation from Canada and chose this spa because of the google reviews. Good choice. Excellent service, clean and very professional. Will definitely visit again. Meha did an awesome job on my daughter and my pedicure and her husband Van for my daughters nails. Thanks so much.

Best customer service, nails/massage services. Friendly staff and owners. "Mr. Wonderful" is hilarious and his wife is just so lovely! I always feel special and cared for at this place. Best place in Clermont, your mini getaway. Beautiful and clean!

This is an excellent spa experience for regular "nail salon" prices! I love the peaceful atmosphere and they have THE BEST MASSAGE CHAIRs ever!! I would have paid to sit in the chair- getting the pedicure was icing on the cake!! A great place.
