Today I had a consultation with Ladosha Wright at The Reverence Design Team salon. From the initial phone call to schedule the FREE, in-depth consultation, until the time of checkout - product in hand - this has been an impeccable experience. The salon is clean, bright, and lively and the staff is completely professional. Ladosha herself is a God-send. Her passion for her craft and her commitment to HELPING the client are evident even before she says "So tell me whats going on with your hair." You complete a questionnaire to give a brief snapshot of your hair care habits and goals, then Ladosha gives you an opportunity to tell the complete, honest story - warts and all lol - in a judgement free space. She asks what your current hair care regimen is, then goes down the list to explain the pros and cons of each product. The most eye-opening part of the visit for me was when she used a hair and skin diagnostic system called an Indigo Viewer to magnify and show me the condition of my scalp. She gave me step-by-step instructions for what to do at home, and demonstrated how to do it using one of the products. The results were amazing and I could already see hair fibers that had been trapped underneath product build-up, skin cells, and yeast popping up from my scalp! This experience was nothing short of amazing. Ladosha gave me HOPE just when I thought all was lost. She is a beautiful soul who truly cares about the client and is passionate about client education and home maintenance. Im looking forward to returning for my hair service next month. I highly recommend The Reverence Design Team salon for all your hair care needs.

The Reverence Design Team is on their way to becoming one of the ELITE Salons in Northeast Ohio. I experienced my first encounter with "The Team" two weeks ago. I was impressed from the moment I made my appointment. Sean called me a couple minutes before my appointment and told me that I could either park in the front at a meter because there was a space available or park in the back parking lot. I told him that I did not have any change so I would park in the back. He stated that the "Team" takes care of paying and monitoring the meters! Wow! Then when Sean escorted me into the shop, he gave me a tour and introduced to me every stylist and client by name. Then I took a survey about my hair and waited approximately six minutes for Charles to start my hair. Charles looked at my survey and completed diagnostic tests on my scalp and hair. Boy was I impressed! He proceeded to tell me about my hair and also the products that will work best with my hair type. Then he washed and styled my hair. I do not have a relaxer so when I get my hair blow dried and curled, my hair usually falls straight and will not hold any curls. I told him I like for my hair to have "More bounce to the ounce". He told me he could do that. I said if you do that, you will have a new, faithful customer. He did and my hair is still bouncing two weeks later! Charles, my stylist, and the rest of the team are the BEST! Just dont ever change! Next time I will take a picture. Oh, and now Charles does have a new client:D

The design team is AMAZING!!!! If my Stylist Charles isnt available anyone on the design team can do my hair and the quality and Stylist is at the highest level...my hair and scalp is clean and I mean SUPER CLEAN when I walk out every time!!! The design team takes pride in making sure your scalp is dandruff, oil free just CLEAN! AND the smell is so AMAZING....They have their own products and my daughter and I are natural (chemical free)....my daughter who is 15yrs old took a class there where our SUPERSTAR STYLIST CHARLES showed her how to maintain her naturals hair without heat and it has grown tremendously and she is doing her hair weekly from institutions given by our Stylist Charles. Along, with her having a strenuous Athletic schedule her hair is always clean, fresh and beautiful, long and healthy!!!! I thank GOD for this salon I initially was referred to the salon ......

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about RDT! The staff is professional and polished! The owner LaDosha and her team are all about educating one on how to take care of their hair and maintaining healthy hair. When I decided to go natural I had no idea how I was going to maintain and style my hair. LaDosha and her team were patient with me as they instructed me on the best products to use for my natural texture and how to properly care for my hair. This salon is an excellent choice if you desire a professional experienced stylist, a welcoming and positively charged salon atmosphere, along with reasonable pricing and top products. I am not sure what the other lady with the complaints was referring to, that has never been my experience. Try RDT for yourself and experience what the RDT team for yourself.

This is the most professional hair salon Ive ever been to. When we walked in, we were warmly welcomed with sincerity and kindness. They shook our hands and asked our names. They offered us a drink while we waited for the appointment. They gave a questionaire for us to fill out so they could get to know our hair better. They were very timely and were punctual in regards to the appointment. Very impressed with the setup of the salon. There were tons of patrons in and out of the salon for the duration of our appointment. The beauticians clearly knew what they were doing and have clearly had many years of experience. They were also very conversational and personable. Highly impressed. A+. 100%. I will be back and have absolutely no problem with driving all the way from New York. It is worth the drive.

Its always a pleasant experience here at Reverence Design. Not only do I feel great when I leave Im confident in the service Im receiving. I know my hair stylist very well & he always does a great job. But the advantage of coming here is the educational phase. While Im here getting my hair done instead of gossip the stylists are educating the clients about how to not only make your hair look good but to always most of all keep your natural hair healthy. I can really appreciate what Ive learned, & what they have shared. This is something you dont have access to at your usual salon today. Most salons are you look good today but your hair is paying for it later. Im learning and ultimately seeing results that I am so thrilled with. Thanks RDT for great quality service.

My experience with the Reverence Design team was amazing. Based on a friends suggestion in combination with natural hair frustration, I decided to make an appointment. When I arrived, I immediately felt welcomed. Charles Calhoun my hair design specialist was excellent. He was able to answer my questions and provide insight into ways I can begin to manage my hair and promote growth. By the time Charles worked his magic on my extremely tight locks, I was both thrilled and satisfied with the end results. If you were like me at the point of frustration with your hair, make an appointment to visit the Reverence Design Team. I left with a hair education and hair that I began to appreciate again.
