Did not do at all what I asked for! I went in for a cut and color. I brought pictures with me. My hair is usually brown but I wanted blonde or red. I got told by my stylist that blonde would not look good and since its fall they dont like to lighten peoples hair. I said fine, we can do red. I showed pictures (Isla Fischer, Emma Stone, and Bonnie Wright). I also pointed to a box she had right over her stand that was a bright copper/red. I wanted a DRASTIC change. She said that they were kind of orange. I said, no, theyre red just a natural red/copper. She asked if I really wanted it this bright - I said yes. So she sets up my color and we get to styling. The little parts that are dry looked like the right color. She asked how I styled it and I said I hate it straight because I feel it makes me look heavier and my hair has natural wave below the ear. She said ok, were gonna make you look really professional. She spun me around when I was done. My hair was straight and EXACTLY HER COLOR. Its incredibly dark red to the point of being brown. I said I thought it would be much brighter than that. She said this looked natural and healthy and shiny and kept me in class 4. I came home and my husband couldnt even tell Id had my hair done until I was directly under a fluorescent light. The straight part will wash out, I get that. But this was NOT the color I wanted. And with the price being that high ($130), I expected I would get what I paid for. Yes, my cut looks fine with the layers but it was not a hard cut. Dont waste your time here or make sure you trust whoever is doing your hair.

I have been going to this particlure hair salon for 4 years now. Ive had a few hair stylist work with me but the one who keeps me coming back to have hair done for formal events is Becky. Becky is amazing! She can do any style of updo you want! If you donr know what you want she just needs one look at your outfit or dress your wearing and a description and she will give you the most amazing hair syle! Ive gotten countless compliments from what this amazing hair stylist has pulled off. She is honest and will tell you suggestions to make something even better. Id never go with anyone else but becky for a updo at this salon. She is the best at it! But i havent found anyone who has lived up to Becky and her skills as a hair stylist at this salon yet. Other wise id give them a 5 star.

Clearly the lady with the red hair hates her job.I asked her to put layers in my daughters hair and she bluntly told me if I wasnt going to be curling her hair every day or putting product in her hair that there was no need to put layers in her hair. She took a razor and basically frayed the ends of her hair. The lady didnt listen to anything I had to say. I noticed everyone else there was quit busy and talkative. And she just seemed miserable and made a comment to my daughter after she frayed the bottom of her hair that "your mommy is going to have fun with the frizz ".

Legacy is not just your normal hair salon. Legacy goes the extra mile to make sure that I am comfortable and have a very enjoyable experience every time. If I am on a time restraint, they get me in and out. If not, I get to enjoy a complimentary scalp massage and shampoo after my cut. The staff is awesome and it all starts at the top with Dolly, the owner. Dolly believes in the best customer service, most knowledgeable about their products, and gives back to the community every way she can. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Hair Studios!
