I had my best experience getting a haircut yesterday. Namely Erica Gibbons worked with me consistently and throughout my haircut she showed me different perspectives and options. She really cared about the end result and each step there was comfortable and thorough. When it did end I had the best cut Ive ever gotten, and then she went beyond what she had too and even taught me how to style my hair at my beginner level, and effectively too. I decided people like her should be valued, and she represents the best of what this industry offers.

Terrible experience. Wasnt welcomed for twenty minutes and when I finally was, the woman (I am assuming the manager) didnt apologize, but instead went on and on about how she was sure she put my name in the system. Then on to the cut experience... had the pleasure of listening to the stylist go on and on how Christmas was ruined by her dysfunctional family when she was a child. Haircut was sloppy and in no way what I asked for.

Well what do you say about a place that you walk in the door and 1 person is cutting hair while 2 others walk around. You stand at the front counter for 7 mins and no one even says hello or acknowledges you are there. I am 62" 360 lbs. Its not like they couldnt see me lol. They lost my business for good

Very friendly place, they answered all my questions and got me in the system and in a chair in no time. The ladies that helped me out were very polite and energetic. Im on the road a lot so being able to get in and out was perfect. Thank yall and I hope to be back in Ohio and here again if I need

Horrible, horrible place. She was too worried about her other customer that she had in the back than she was about helping me. She completely cut my hair way too short than what I asked for and made it uneven. Definitely not going here again. I dont recommend this place at all.
