Generally this Great Clips does a great job but I was very unimpressed today with Isabella. She cut my two year olds hair first. She cut a straight line for her bangs and unfortunately it looks horrible. I honestly believe I couldve done a better job. Than she started trimming the back of her hair in a u form, about 1cm trim. Again, I couldve done that so I asked her to please trim it a little more and demonstrated that a half inch would be great. I am very disappointed that I didnt say what I was feeling because it looks horrible! My first time with a bad experience here and weve been coming here for 10+ yrs. Isabella did a phenomenal job on my sons hair but I will NEVER let her touch my daughters hair again. Maria did a fantastic job on my husbands hair. Im guessing I should take my daughter somewhere else in the future. Who knew a hair stylist would have such a difficult time with a toddler trim?! Thankfully her hair will grow out fast but unfortunately her brothers birthday party is tomorrow and shell be sporting a box cut hairdo. Just wanted to warn any mommas about getting your princesses haircut here esp by Isabella.

Very Unprofessional . I was told there will be a 30 min wait time. I waited for approximate an hour and watched how they took clients that came after me, without an appointment , right in front of me without any explanation....or just because they knew them... The Manager has no customer service skills and employees seems very grumpy and unhappy. When asked why wasnt I attended yet, she stated that the wait time was actually an hour !?...If youre not part of the inner circle...dont go. very unwelcoming place.

When I say I just need a trim and they chop your hair off.. Not only extremely short but very bad cut to boot… women… DONT DO IT… GO WHERE THEY LISTEN
